It's the morning. You don't have school today, so you can spend the morning however you'd like. It's typically a good time for people to spend time with their friends or catch up on their hobbies. You can also go out shopping and buy things like books to increase your social stats. Some people also have jobs during the weekends which will raise their stats as well.

(If you want to hang out with one of your friends, just call them up on the phone. You can also go out to the mall and do some shopping or maybe stay home and study more. It's the weekend, so you're pretty much free to do whatever.)
