Coilette, Shade, and Carrie head on over to the colosseum and see that registrations are going on for it. It looks like there's a special reward for winning this colosseum tournament. A mysterious Pokemon egg.
Ranger: Hmm. A mysterious egg? I guess I won't be going easy then. There might be a rare and endangered Pokemon in there.
They all prepare for the colosseum battle carefully before heading in. Since the stadium is so large, it seems that multiple battles can be held at once without an issue.
Coilette Vs. Skull Grunt
Skull Grunt: Hey, yo, I came from pretty far off to rock this hiz-house, so you better cheer for me.
Coilette sent out Sableye and Shaymin!
Skull Grunt sent out Salandit and Pyukumuku!
The Pokemon await their commands. Wait...is your opponent dancing or something?
Carrie Vs. Ace Trainer
Ace Trainer: My Grovyle and I are headed right to the top! And nobody's gonna stop us!
Carrie sent out Pikachu and Pidgey!
Ace Trainer sent out Grovyle and Taillow!
The Pokemon wait to see what strategies they might have to pull off...

Okay well I may not have been able to get a squirtle I can get that egg.
Okay Pika will start off using a combo of quick attack and Electro Ball he will charge up and Electro ball while rushing Grovile. Then at the last minute will dodge Grovile and aim the Electro Ball towards Tailow.
Pidgey will provide cover by doing a Sand attacked enhanced by Gust towards the two mon.

Coilette Vs. Team Skull Grunt
Sableye disappears and reappears behind Salandit, slashing it with its claws from behind. The Salandit was surprised and flinched! Shaymin then grows in size slightly, raising its attack and special attack. Pyukumuku uses Safeguard, creating a status protecting barrier around both itself and Salandit.
Carrie Vs. Ace Trainer
Pikachu charges toward Grovyle with an Electro Ball at the ready, but then quickly dodges and crashes into Taillow! Taillow couldn't take the hit! It's down already! Grovyle then lands a Leaf Blade on Pikachu, doing some pretty decent damage. Pidgey uses a Sand Gust, dealing some damage to Grovyle and lowering its accuracy at the same time.

Okay.
Pika and Pidgey will begin to circle around Grovile using the additional speed from Quick Attack. Then when the time is right Pika and Pidgey will strike Grovile in an X formation.

Coilette Vs. Team Skull Grunt
Sableye sinks into the shadows and then comes back up out from the shadows behind Salandit, hitting it again. Shaymin uses Magical Leaf, dealing damage to both Salandit and Pyukumuku. It seems to be not really effective at all on Salandit, but Pyukumuku takes extra damage from the effectiveness. Salandit uses Toxic on Shaymin, badly poisoning it. Pyukumuku uses Counter! But it failed. Shaymin is hurt by its poison.
Carrie Vs. Ace Trainer
Pikachu and Pidgey go for a cross Quick Attack on Grovyle, doing damage before it can move, but Grovyle strikes back, hitting Pikachu with another Leaf Blade. Pikachu is knocked out! Carrie returns Pikachu and sends out Braixen in its place.

Pidgey will kick up another Gusting Sand Attack.
When the sand clears Braxien will charge in with a Flame Charge

Coilette Vs. Team Skull Grunt
Shaymin uses another Magical Leaf, dealing damage to both Salandit and Pyukumuku again. Pyukumuku can't take it anymore! It's down! Sableye then uses Fury Swipes on Salandit, slashing at it five times in a row until it's defeated. Salandit faints and Team Skull Grunt returns his Pokemon.
Skull Grunt: Whoa, yo, I totally wiped out.
Shaymin reaches level 18!
Sableye reaches level 18!
Carrie Vs. Ace Trainer
Pidgey creates another Sand Gust before Braixen goes in, crashing into Grovyle with a Flame Charge. Grovyle is knocked out by the super effective move! The trainer returns his Pokemon.
Ace Trainer: What!? No way! Grovyle lost?
Pikachu reaches level 18!
Pikachu can learn Thunder Wave, but must forget a move.
Pidgey reaches level 18!
Braixen reaches level 18!
Braixen can learn Psybeam, but must forget a move.
As Carrie's Pokemon return to her, Pidgey is suddenly surrounded in a white light. Pidgey is evolving! Pidgey grows in size and becomes Pidgeotto!
Both Coilette and Carrie move on to the next round of Pokemon battles...
Coilette Vs. Leon
A man with red hair, wearing a fancy suit walks out. He bows to you.
Leon: Ah, welcome to my colosseum. I hope you're enjoying yourself here. Let's see how well you battle.
Leon sent out Growlithe and Houndour!
Coilette sent out Shaymin and Sableye!
Coilette and Shade's headpieces are reacting to something! Both Growlithe and Houndour are revealed to be Shadow Pokemon!
Carrie Vs. Ranger
Ranger: I hope you're ready to meet my partner! Let's do this, Suicune!
Ranger sent out Suicune!
Carrie sent out Pikachu and Pidgeotto!
Shade notices that the Pokemon Ranger has a Suicune. It must be his only Pokemon. It is said that every Pokemon Ranger has a partner Pokemon, but Suicune himself is rather unexpected.

Shade looks down at Victini, silently signaling to them to establish a telepathic connection between him and Coilette.
Coilette, it's me, Shade. Don't speak out loud, this is a telepathic link letting us communicate without anyone else hearing. As tempting as it may be to snag those two Shadow Pokémon, their presence alone confirms that my suspicions and if you do so we'll have to fight our way out through security along with whatever powerful threat Cass picked up last time we were here. For now try to focus on just winning the battle, we can figure out what to do later.

Coilette quickly covers her mouth, then starts to communicate telepathically.
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... but they're DOGGIES. TWO of them, Shade! How can I resist TWO whole doggies?! Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Because if you catch them but we can't escape here then they'll just take them back anyways, and that's if you're lucky. Worst case scenario is that they take our current Pokémon from us as well and turn them into Shadow Pokémon.

Carrie is actually giddy about going against the Ranger.
First off Switch out Pikachu with Braxien. (Pikachu is going to be my coupe de gravy and I rather not have the tournament rest on a fire type vs a legendary dog)
Pigeotto will kick up a sand gust and while Suicine is covered by the sand Braxien will use Psybeam

Coilette Vs. Leon
Shaymin uses Magical Leaf, sending a storm of leaves into Leon's Pokemon. It doesn't seem very effective though. Sableye then uses Astonish, disappearing and reappearing behind Houndour. Sableye then slashes at Houndour with its claws, but that attack doesn't seem very effective either. Houndour flinches! Growlithe uses an Ember attack on Shaymin, doing super effective damage! Shaymin barely holds on, but survives the blow.
Carrie Vs. Ranger
Carrie switches out Pokemon, returning Pikachu to its Pokeball. She then sends out Braixen in its place. Pidgeotto creates a powerful Sand Gust, doing some damage to Suicune and lowering its accuracy. Braixen uses Psybeam afterwards, also doing some extra damage. Suicune takes in a deep breath before unleashing an ice beam into Pidgeotto! A direct hit! That has got to hurt! Pidgeotto is taken down from the super effective attack already! Carrie returns Pidgeotto to his Pokeball and sends out Pikachu in his place. The crowd is on the edge of their seats!
