Create a Light Crest in front of the window she jumped through, if she gets close to it (such as if she tries to get out), it with shoot multiple projectiles which ricochet off of anything in their way making them difficult to dodge.

(Well, that was quick, as expected, since these two are literally normal humans)
Cornelius throws the killer cloud at the house, surrounding it with poison, Leia jumps through the window, into the Flare, as The Emperor casts Light Crest, which sends light projectiles at her, finishing the battle.
"GAME!"
The rest area appears.
Fighter: Cornelius

Armor: Iron Chestplate and gloves
Consumables: Shine Potion (1), Killer Cloud (1), Whirlwind (1)
Fighter: The Emperor

---STAGE 2: VS JULIA MICHAELS AND WALLACE---
Cornelius and the Emperor appear in some kind of plains... There's a shop with an insigna writing "Tem Shop", some kind of church, a house in the distance and a single tent. Their enemies are a 40 years old blond woman with a trench coat. She attaches her hair into a pony tail. She has an holstered magnum. The other opponent is an ordinary looking guy with a green shirt.
Julia Michaels: "Here are your rights: You have the rights to remain silent... Bla... Bla... Bla..."
Wallace: "These guys seems tough... There are indeed more worlds out there heh?"
M: "3...
2...
1...
FIGHT!"

She has a gun. That's not good. Emit a bright flash from the sword to stun them and use a drill-like spin attack to launch Cornelius through Julia.

Approach Wallace, and when he goes for an attack intercept him with a Thunder Sigil on the floor right in his path. This circle of electricity traps the opponent inside of it for a short period of time (about a turn) while electrifying them to deal damage and keep them staggered. This should also leave them wide open for a point-blank Flare to the face.

(Ordinary human enemies are so weak...)
Cornelius uses a flashbang on Julia, blinding her. He then goes right through her with a drill, launching her out of the battlefield.
"1 enemy remaining"
The Emperor approaches Wallace who simply takes a defensive stance. A thunder sigil appears on the ground, but Wallace doesn't approach it. The Emperor casts a Flare, which Wallace punches back at him. Seems like this guy has some kind of supernatural ability. The Emperor took normal damage from the Flare.

(Oh... If a Flare was deflected back I would have had the Emperor deflect it back himself with Bombard... Meh, as close as we were it's questionable on whether I would have had time to react anyways.)
And now for the only attack he has not taken from Dissidia (which in turn mostly takes from his stronger form as the final boss), The Emperor will cast Bolt X to strike Wallace with a bolt of lightning.

Jump in the air and fly towards Wallace while spinning with the sword vertically. This should land about five rapid, weak hits. The use five normal mid air slashes before ending with a teleport from behind and slash.

The Emperor casts a spell, which makes a bolt of lightning fall from the sky. Wallace simply grabs it in his hands as Cornelius jumps in the air and hit Wallace with five weak hits. This makes Wallace drop the lightning bolt, sending both him and Cornelius into the electric trap The Emperor had set earlier. Both Wallace and Cornelius are staggered and can't do anything.
Wallace: "How am I gonna get out of this predicament?"

Mash the circle button until he stops being stunned and shoots a ball of electricity into Wallace point blank.

As soon as Cornelius gets out (or if the Thunder Sigil is about to end), shove another Flare in Wallace's face and then immediately jump back. If he somehow manages to hit it back at me, knock it back with Bombard (despite what it sounds like, it's a scepter strike which is most useful for its ability to block pretty much every attack, deflect every projectile, and break through guards.)

Cornelius wiggles to try to break free, as Wallace concentrates on the Flare coming his way. Cornelius jumps out of the trap, shooting a ball of electricity in Wallace's back, launching him out of the trap, then into the Flare, which launches him out of the battlefield.
Wallace: "Wait... I COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT?!"
"GAME!"

Cornelius and the Emperor appear in Princess Peach's castle's courtyard. There a cannon which can launch anyone who enters it onto the roof, a puddle of water which passes under a bridge and a few trees here and there. The opponents are a guy with dark brown hair, armed to the teeth, which is wearing a white shirt, a blue scarf and jeans. The second opponent looks like the blonde woman from stage 2, but younger. She seems to be wearing a detective outfit.
Nathan Drake: "I'm just looking for Shambala... I think I got lost..."
Julia Michaels: *sigh* "I hate fighting."
M: "3...
2...
1...
FIGHT!"

Teleport behind Nathan Drake and slash him from behind before using the Whirlwind to create a freezing tornado to damage both him and Julia.

Set a Light Crest in the air near the cannon so that neither of them can get near it without getting shot. After that, toss a Flare out aimed at Nathan Drake and be ready to deflect it back if it gets hit at me.

The Emperor casts a Light Crest in the air in front of the cannon to prevent it's usage, while Cornelius teleports behind Drake. Julia notices it though and gets out of the way of Cornelius whirlwind attack. Drake gets frozen, which then makes him hit by the Flare, causing massive damage and unfreezing him.
Nathan Drake: "Man... That hurts."
Drake seems weak already. Julia shoots some kind of Beacon on Cornelius.
