I think the fact the room's filling up with water would be a more pressing concern...

Zoron? A half-zora, half-goron...? Zora, yes that's the one! Eh, I'll worry about this later.

Shoot an arrow into the lion's mouth again...?
Are the gloves really that important?
Diana will unlock the trunk/dresser. Whatever it is.
And to my credit, I've only beaten Four Swords and Link between Worlds.

Melody fumbles around with her bow. Since one of her arms is frozen, she... I dunno, she manages to make up for it using her mouth or feet or something. She fires into the lion's mouth again. She manages to see that the lever is still there, but the arm-grabby mechanism seems to have retracted. It's safe to pull the lever now. Probably.
Which is good, because the water's still rising. Diana flies over to the dresser. Looks like it and the trunk were both locked. And she just happened to find the dresser key first, before even knowing it was locked.
Inside, she finds a spare dress identical to Melody's current outfit... and a pair of sandals in just her size.
(I mean... the leather gloves would've significantly reduced the self-inflicted damage from stabbing the octo-beast, for one...)

Too late for that now...
Melody will reach in and pull that lever like no tomorrow.
Diana will take all her gatherings to the window so she can dump them later.

Melody jams her arm in the statue and feels her fingers close around the lever. She yanks as hard as she can, and the bars on the door next to her fly up. The force of the water pressing against the door slams it open. Melody struggles to hold onto the lever as it flows through, but finally loses her grip to exhaustion and gets carried along with the current. The water drains out of some cracks in the floor, draining into the room below. Melody picks herself up. That water was... filthy... Mixed with the ash from the room before, and she's absolutely drenched in the slurry. She looks into the other room. Well, that room's much cleaner, at least, and both the other doors have been unbarred.
She examines this room, struggling just to stay on her feet.
The room's almost empty. In the exact center of the room are a pair of footprint-shaped indentations perfectly shaped for Melody. There's a door to the north with more bars over it. A large target is positioned over the door, but a pane of thick... clear... something covers it. Oh, and the door from the Charred Room has been torn off and now sits in one corner. Diana gathers her spoils and places them on the windowsill.
There's still the other nightstand to check, if she wants.

Whoever made this dungeon really likes feet, eh?

...A large bulls-eye pattern, but it's just as obvious about where exactly to stand on it.

Out-edge? Just be Batman or an angsty anime boy. You'll win easily.

Melody will shoot the target then if it's truly thst easy.
So what happens if Melody tries to open the map with one life left? Wil it just not open?
Diana will check the other night stand.

Melody shoots the target. A large bed of spikes goes crashing down from the ceiling, right through where she was supposed to be standing, and through the floor to the room below. There's now a hold and a chain that could theoretically be climbed leading down into the heart of the pentagram chamber. The bars on the door open. Diana goes through the other nightstand and finds a key marked "trunk key." She hears a loud clicking from the locked door in the room.
If Melody opened it with no more lives, she would die. Exactly like if she opened it now. Only she wouldn't proceed to respawn.
Dammit, Mystic. The absolute most cringe-inducing thing I can think of - other than being stabbed in the eye - is stepping on broken glass. After exactly that happened to me as a kid. At the beach. With the salt water. God, that was awful. But you just had to turn it from Saw to fetish fuel. Well, I guess Saw's fetish fuel for a certain type... And now I feel even weirder.
You weren't planning to continue after this, were you Digi?
