Tai dings the bell. When he does, he feels something sharp pierce his palm. Ow...
He aims at the cute li'l sherps. The timer ticks from 3:00 to 2:59 and he manages to pick off two before they even get a chance to move. The sheep begin pacing back and forth, picking up speed for every sheep picked off. Tai gets another two with each blaster before they begin jerking back and forth violently and quickly whenever he aims at them.
Four sherp are left; they're quick and trying to dodge the shots, but they seem stuck on that track.
The bats come to life and immediately drop off their track. They begin flapping and flying freely. Diana unleashes feathers at half of them, striking four while the last manages to slip through. Melody herself fires at the bats. She manages to take out one as they first move, but the rest are moving too erratically and escape.
The 5 surviving bats make it out of the stall, diving by the group's heads before flapping off and along the fairway. They seem to be splitting up.
10 seconds have passed. 2:50 remains. Tai's palm stings a bit.

Tai fires at aome of the Bats with BB.
Melody shoots with her toy pistol, aiming carefully.

Diana attacks the length of the track. The sherps have nowhere to escape. They are eliminated. A sad "baaa" plays over the loudspeakers as the final one falls.
The bats fan out. Tai shoots at some, and manage to catch one while it's still close. Firing a spray at another bat, he manages to hit it before it can disappear. Melody concentrates and takes some shots at a bat. Her first shot misses, as does her second, as she fails to account for the bat's erratic flight pattern. The bat flies straight for a moment and Melody concentrates, barely clipping one of its wings. Still counts, apparently.
Two of the bats manage to get behind cover.
One went towards a grand, two-storied carousel and seems to be hiding in the ceiling rafters.
The other flew into a sizable tent marked "hall of mirrors."
Tai glances at the timer. 2:30. The pain in his hand seems to be getting worse instead of better...

"Diana, go to the Carousel. Emo Kid, let's go to the trick house!"
Ghey take off, Melody having a bit of trouble running in her wooden sandals.
As she euns, she discards her toy pistok, and switches to her bow, readying an arrow.
Diana flies to the carousel. Once inside, she activates two giant spiral streams around the carousel, to act like a cage.
She then shoots Crescent Feathers towards the rafters.
Tai is immediately infuriated in the house of mirrors.
"GAH! STUPID CARNIVALS AND THEIR STUPID FAKE ILLUSIONS AND STUPID FUCKING CARNIES THAT SELL YOU FAKE OCCULT STUFF AT LOOOOOOOOW PRICES"
Tai holds up his guns as if to start rampaging.
Melody grabs him. "No, we have to do this strategically."
"Uggggghhhhhh. Fine. You remind me alot of another annoying shrine maiden I know." Tai grumbles and mumbles about some individual.
Melody focuses for a moment, before saying," Alright, first we have to cover all the entrances and exits to the House, then, once we're in position, shoot one mirror with each of your guns, each. Normal bullets."
They split up to cover the entrances.

Diana flies over to the carousel. It's a split-level monstrosity, even bigger up close, and made of decaying wood and tarnished metal. The upper level seems to be empty, other than the railing. Its floor is marked by three differently-colored rings: white, grey, and black. The railing's not near enough to the ceiling to keep someone out if they could reach it, though the platform itself is up several feet, beyond a normal man's jumping height. She throws a pair of spiral streams around the upper floor; combined with the railing, it forms a near-perfect cage. She tries to shoot it with feathers, but can't get a clean shot at the bat's hiding place from the ground level, though, thanks to that stupid second floor. And it's too tucked in to the sloped roof to attack from the side, either. She'll need to get up there to take it out.
The only stairs up to the second floor are a pair on the inside, winding up the central column. The ground floor itself, unlike the upper level, if full of different seats for riders. To Diana's right is a forward-facing bat on a pole hanging from the ceiling, and to her left is a rear-facing sheep suspended from the floor, followed by a wooden bench, then a forward-facing horse. The pattern begins again with the bat, repeating all the way around. There's only a few feet to pass between each. Diana wonders whether there's some meaning to it.
Melody quickly circles the hall of mirrors and confirms there's only one entrance and one exit. Fortunately, they're right next to each other. Melody stands with her bow ready in case the bat makes a break for it, while Tai begins shooting each of the mirrors visible from the entrance and exit. They shatter easily, the reflective surface falling to the ground and each revealing a wooden panel that was holding the mirror in place. The mirror maze is slowly becoming a wooden maze. No more mirrors are visible from outside. There's no indication the bat has been hit.
2:00. The pain is beginning to spread up Tai's arm. It's distracting enough to throw off his aim with that hand a bit.

(Can they see the bat in the mirrors at least?)

What mirrors? All the mirrors visible from outside are dead. But it was visible in the last mirror that Tai shot. Before he murdered it.

Oh, well.
Tai will go inside while Melody guards both entrnaces.
If Tai can see the bat in a mirror: "I got a new trick I'd liek to try out..." He raised his right arm and the black pentagram on the back of his hand begins to glow a light purple, giving off luminescence.
"Possession!"
If Not:Shoot.
Diana will ignore convoluted puzzles and try to fly up the stairwell. She'll fire Crescent feathers at any target she encounters.

Totally innocuous question. Is Diana trying to fly between any two seats in particular, or just picking randomly?

Diana takes flight and dives between the sheep and bat, then spirals up the staircase, ready to attack. There's a small wooden landing at the top of the stairs connected to the revolving section. Just like she saw from outside, the second story is empty, and the floor forms black, grey, and white rings heading out from the center. She has a clear view and a clear shot at the rafters, but... no bat. It can't have gotten away, so... it must be hiding on the other side of the central tower and all the machinery. Listening for the sound of flapping confirms that theory. Even now doing everything it can to use the carousel for cover... She'll need to head out onto the platform and circle around.
Tai heads into the maze until he finds a few not-broken mirrors. He manages to find one with the bat's reflection and focuses in on it. Blasted little winged rat. He attempts to posses it. Both his bodies crash to the floor as he jumps into the bat in mid-air. Well... Now he's in control of a completely foreign body much different than his own, one he doesn't quite understand how to control. It's not even a real bat, just some weird toy... He can still see his own body in the mirrors, but now he's stuck in the middle of a mirror maze with no point of reference as to where exactly his new body started. And he needs to find a way to destroy this body. But at least his arm doesn't hurt anymore! He can't feel it, any way.
The timer ticks down to 1:45.

Diana will take the needed path to find the bat, and shoot it immediately on sight. NO ESCAPE.
Tai will control the bat and try slamming it around a bunch to make noise. Melody will listen for the noise and follow it to the bat, shooting it on sight. Tai will make the bat be still once Melody arrives in front of it, so she can shoot it easily.

Diana steps out onto the platform and... nothing happens because swans don't weigh much. She chases after the bat, and it continually tries to keep the central pillar between them. It puts up a good fight, but Diana is, in the end, faster.
Bat-Tai makes a lot of noise. Melody has some trouble finding her way through the maze to the sound - and is probably a bit weirded out by Tai's body - but finally finds it. She raises her bow and shoots it.
Tai finds himself back in his old body. And his old body is not doing well.
The group runs back to the stall and finds a generic man waiting there. "Alright, ya win. So ya get your pick o' prize." He points to a shelf of toy animals - all sheep and bats - then to a row of colorful novelty ties and cat ears, then to a potion marked 'antidote.' The party chooses the antidote and Tai chugs it down. His poisoning is healed.
A bright light snaps on next to the entrance to an ampitheater. It's shaped like a 3. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
Current Winnings: 6 coins Next Mission: Steal the show for 12 coins Difficulty: ***** (Average) Continue? >Yes >No

I'll quit for now, but please do continue this circus theme next time. I'll be sure to ask for you specifically, Uncle Crow!

Scenario: Corrupted Circus (Sadly, this scenario no longer has the opportunity for Tai in a bikini...) Participants: Digi (1.1) Initial Bid: 2 Coins Mission 1: Survive the Ferris Wheel Difficulty: ** (Simple)
"Melody? Oh, Me~lo~dy? Wake up. I said wake up."
Melody gradually returns to consciousness. She vaguely remembers heading to the next challenge with Tai, then a pain in the back of her head, then... nothing. She can't move. An unfamiliar voice is speaking over a speaker near her head.
"Welcome back, Melody. Oh, are you worried about your little friend? You should be much more worried about yourself, I assure you. I'm going to warn you - Bairbre and Calandine aren't running this show anymore. They... Heh. They were just having fun, in their own twisted way. I, on the other hand, am here to make you - to make Digi suffer. Oh, and don't even bother trying to figure out who I am."
Melody is seated in a bucket seat, clearly designed for a single rider. It's currently positioned at the top of a ferris wheel. Metal clamps are locked around her wrists. Her ankles are tied against the seat by a pair of thin ropes, one knotted around each foot. Diana is seated, unharmed, in her lap.
"I've been told I have to play nice... For now." The sound of a snap carries over the loudspeaker. The clamps around Melody's wrists pop loose, though her feet remain bound. "In the interest of 'playing nice' I will explain. When the ferris wheel reaches its lowest point, you will have one chance to disembark. I suppose you can guess: if you fail to do so your life is forfeit. Good luck, truly. It would be such a shame for you to fail before I'm allowed to truly begin toying with you. Hahaha... Live or die, I hope you enjoy the carnival...!" The ferris wheel lurches to life with a a sudden screech.
Melody's bow and a dozen arrows are sitting in the seat next to her. Melody's arms are free, but her legs are each bound separately by thin ropes. Diana is completely free. There are 16 seats between Melody and the exit, and the wheel is turning very slowly.
