Anyways if the guys a shadow well theres only one person to summon and thats the master of nightmares him self. The master of illusions and king of all the boos.

Mog looks at Bowser with an unamused expression.
"I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you weren't actively trying to mock me, kupo."
Mog uses Arcane Stream on Hypnos. In his non-corporeal state physical attacks clearly aren't doing anything, but with any luck a powerful blast of magic might not care as much.

Bowser laughs and summons King Boo. King Boo looks at Hypnos and tries attacking. There's no noticeable effect.
Mog tries blasting the shade with magic. There's no noticeable effect.
It seems like it's not even fully in this world.
Levi leaps at Hypnos and channels his inner electric eel. Hypnos growls as Levi zaps him. He bends down and tries to punch the snake, but misses. He seems pre-e-e-etty salty about that.
Gate: 52%
Bowser: 55%/100%
Mog: 100%
Levi: 45%, In Dreamlands, Polymorphed
Hypnos, god form: 20%

So even King Boo can't attack him in this dimension.
Hmm does Bowser have access to any minions that can travel between dimensions? There are none that are coming to mind.
I guess for now summon Kamek and ask him whats going on why can't we harm him.
King Boo will go ahead and try to turn Hypno into a painting

Mog can travel between the world of eidolons and Ard, so maybe he can use his magic to create a portal to the Hypnos battle? Sort of a stretch, but better than doing nothing.
DIE, DAMN YOU. Is it possible to slither up his leg and bite him in the dick? I'm running out of options.

If I can make a portal to the world of dreams Mog will Blast an Arcane Stream through the portal at Hypnos. Also, I laughed way harder at Just's next move than I probably should have, I'm kind of hoping that winds up being the killing move. |

Levi slithers up Hypnos' leg while he's crouched down. He proceeds to bite him in the crotch. Hypnos yells and angrily punches himself. It deals heavy damage to them both.
King Boo attempts to turn Hypnos into a painting. As everything else, the attack has literally no effect. Bowser calls for Kamek. She floats down on her broom and asks what he needs.
Mog starts talking about making a portal to the dreamlands.
"Oh, I have just the spell for that," Kamek says. She waves her wand and a sizable boulder materializes over Bowser. It drops down and clonks him on the head, knocking him out.
He wakes up in an unfamiliar place with a giant humanoid thing punching itself in the crotch as Mog opens a portal and steps out beside him.
Gate: 52%
Bowser: 50%
Mog: 100%
Levi: 15%, In Dreamlands, Polymorphed
Hypnos, god form: 5%

Alright, if the bite finishes him then let that do it. If anything goes wrong then that's when I'll immediately attack Hypnos with Arcane Stream.
(Tiny nitpick, but as far as I'm aware Kamek is a guy. Kammy and Kamella are female.)

It's over. It's finally over. After 4 months.
...Well, that was just the first wave. While everyone was busy in the Dreamlands, it seems the main gate was breached...

Does the difficulty scale down if players drop out? I'm not convinced we can handle something significantly harder than the last round with only half as many characters, so if the difficulty remains the same as if everyone wanted to continue then I'm out. If it does scale... well, I'll need to think about it.
