Corva and Shade will split up. Shade will float off on his own and chill for a bit, maybe use a Will o' Wisp... Corva will dive into the spikey-sphere to hide behind Bloomy's corpse, then Phantom Force into Nightmare's back once he fires.

Corva and Shade splits up. Shade floats around, inflicting Will o' Wisp on Nightmare. It seems to work successfully. Corva hides in the spikey-sphere, wainting for Nightmare to fire. Nightmare finishes charging his attack. He simply releases the big blue sphere, which starts to slowly make it's way towards Shade. Corva Phantom Force into Nightmare's back, causing very little damage to it's armor.
Corva is healed a little.
Nightmare places his arms in firing positions again.

Corva will use her whip to lash herself to that weird thing on Nightmare's back, then blast him with Hex.
Shade will slowly make his way to one side, then hook back the other way much faster when the sphere gets closer.

Corva uses her whip to lash onto Nightmare's back, hitting a few lasers. Minor damage. She then uses Hex, as a burst of red energy glows from inside the creature. In a huge explosion, Nightmare's mask is blasted off, revealing it's face: some kind of dripping goo.
Shade floats around, avoiding the slow moving orb. It still follows him around though.
Virus: "This is bad... NOW YOU'RE GOING DOWN!"
Two more arms are coming out of Nightmare. The red eyes start to become brighter as if something would come out of it...
The four black arms places themselves into impossible positions. It seems lasers will be coming out of all directions.

Shade will continues floating around the arena with his - her new ball-friend in tow, keeping distance from Nightmare and getting ready for some Bullet Hell. Why do I keep calling Shade a he? ...Wait, is Shade a he...? No. Female Mismagius. Corva's Umbreon is the he. Corva will Phantom Force into the air waaaaay above Nightmare and catch a quick breather, start charging a Shadow Ball for next round... |

Shade floats around, getting hit by some of the laser rain. She receives decent damage. The slow orb disappears.
Red ocular lasers come out of Nightmare in the direction of Corva, she teleports away with Phantom Force, avoiding the attack. Corva starts charging a Shadow Ball, gets hits by a small number of lasers.
A black dome appears around Shade. It seems she's trapped in it... The dome seems to be getting smaller and smaller...
Nightmare's eyes are flashing again. It places all of it's arms in the direction of Corva.

Imagine that Corva's been smiling and laughing and generally enjoying a chance to fight all-out against an enemy that doesn't even know what Starburst is... until just now. Shade will try to Phantom Force out to hit Nightmare in the back. Corva's going to let herself drop to pick up speed, bringing the shadow ball with her. "You don't... hurt Corva's... POKEMON!" When Nightmare fires, she'll teleport beneath him going in the opposite direction, using all that momentum to slam the Shadow Ball into his stupid, ugly face. SHIN SHADOWRYUUUUKEN |

The smile in Corva's face disappears as she witnesses her Pokemon get crushed inside some kind of black dome. As Nightmare starts to fire his lasers, she teleports under him, avoiding the attack. Nightmare looks down as Corga jumps straight towards it's face, hitting him full force with a Shadow Ball Punch.
Corva: "SHIN SHADORYUUUUKEN!"
Nightmare is sent flying as it's face seems to melt. Corva gets a moment of relief as Shade appears behind the creature, using Phantom force to send it back into the rooftop. Nightmare seems to try flying back up, but it seems it's unable to.
Virus: "ENOUGH! THIS IS OVER!"
Corva can feel a sense of dread and pure power as 100 black homing orbs comes out of Nightmare as it's face barely seems to be holding on. 8 spider-like legs comes out of him, as he looks at you, his red eyes becoming brighter again. His 4 digital arms aim at Shade, while his two original arms aim at Corva.
Virus: "THIS IS OVER! YOUR LIFE IS FORFEIT! DIE! DIE! DIE!"

This is where my lack of knowledge might really, really bite me in the ass... But we've reached the point that I don't feel totally cheap playing Corva's final trump card. If nothing else, she finally got to use the SHADOWRYUUKEN.
Corva and Shade face Nightmare and join hands - well, hand and flappy arm-thing. They offer Nightmare a deep, mocking curtsy. At the last second, Shade uses Phantom Force on Nightmare's face while Corva uses Destiny Bond.

Corva and Shade hold their hands, as all the orbs and lasers come their way. Nightmare's ocular lasers come out too, as Corva activates Destiny Bond. Shade uses Phantom Force to dodge the attack, as the ocular lasers pierces right through Corva, even before the orbs hits her.
Shade looks at her master falls unto it's knee, as Nightmare seems to slowly regain his normal color scheme.
Nightmare turns towards Shade, his red eyes shining again.
Virus: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YOU'RE NEXT!"
His digital arms starts to slowly disintegrate, as Nightmare tries to shoot.
Virus: "Huh? What is going on? I lost control of the creature?"
Two floating red digital eyes are ejected from the mechanical creature, as it flies away. Virus looks right at Shade, as bright light starts coming out of him.
Virus: "NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! WHAT DID SHE DO TO ME? WHAT DID SHE DO?"
As Nightmare flees the scene, Virus implodes and disappears. Weirdly, his voice can still be heard.
Virus: "I cannot be killed... I'll get you next time..."
SUCCESS!!!!

Mission Start!
Your characters suddenly appear in a forest. A girl with blue hair and a fan seems to be standing there. Actually, she looks like she's about to punch you in the face. "Get ready to battle!" She points at you accusingly before strange, blobby creatures with eyes begin raining down from the sky. She seems to be controlling them with magic and putting them in piles. The patterns looks rather specific. Almost staircase-like in a way...

Dana will charge and attempt to run up the stairslimes and jump off to smash her with her hammer.
Oiya and Barfy will give the growing piles a wide berth and observe to see if there's any kind of pattern.
Natsumi will try throwing a Retribution Seal at Fanny.
