Which NPCs are the friendly one? I know Pie is flirting with Floofy head. Ummm who's friendly agaian? Try Señor Meow. He likes you. Or that Australian guy. He seemed like a pushover.

Name: Roy "Killjoy" Jenkins Age: 25 Sex: Male Residence: Downtown
Occupation: Orginally a professional Martial arts fighter and instructor, after his digression, he left to wander the streets, alone.
Appearance: A fairly tall, thin man. About 6'2", but only weighs around 165 LBs. His hair is cut short but black. His face is bony and thin, his eyes are deep hazel but he appear to be extremely tired at all times, making them lose a lot of their luster.
Backstory: "Tell me, Mr. Jenkins. What started this. What made you the... man you are today?"
*Begin recording*
"Ha! You people really wanna know don't you? Fine. Awhile back, I was pretty happy. I was a successful MMA fighter, I had also trained tons of skilled fighters as well. My life was satisfying all in all... that all changed when I slept in an odd hotel on a trip one night. There were little scratchings on the wall, little bits of some kind of formula... and when's i wetn to sleep, some fucking creep was there! In my dreams! She... or it... told me I had to go to the black throne of the blind idiot god azothoth! When I went there was this horrible tune... it sounded like a flute. A thin, piping, and monotonous flute. And all around where these flopping, amorphous shapes. In the center was the worst part of it all. Azothoth himself. A mass of horrific unknown terror. My mind could barely hold together just looking at it... I fled, I had to. Everytime I sleep, that witch drags me a little bit closer... closer to azothoth and his black book of names."
"But does that justify all this madness... this "investigation?" You've almost gotten three people killed Mr. Jenkins."
"Yeah. That's true... but I don't have to listen to you..."
"Mr. Jenkins, where are you going... wait... stop! AAH!"
*End recording*
Reason to begin investigation: His mind is affected by the Elder God azothoth. He aims to get rid of his curse and a do the same for others. At all costs.

Ummm who's friendly agaian? Basically everyone besides Alethea, sometimes Tony and Dirk, Armor, Tana when she's on duty, and Scientist.

Alright... Blood. Max EDU would be 19. You can move on to the next step. I need sleep so I'll figure money and everything tomorrow, but that shouldn't stop you.
I do have to warn you that "at all costs" type of characters don't tend to have a long shelf-life in CoC.

Name: Ignatius Brand Age: 14 Sex: Male Residence: City Outskirts
Occupation: Homeless Orphan (not exactly a traditional job, but it probably would give a large amount of points in survival and other similar skills while giving 1 in things like car driving)
Appearance: A scraggly looking kid wearing old, worn out clothes. Has messy brown hair with a hint of red, brown eyes, and a birthmark vaguely resembling some sort of lizard on the back of his hand. While not the most muscular person around he makes up for it by being surprisingly light on his feet.
Backstory: There are few people in town who haven't heard the tragic story of the Brand family. Mr. and Mrs. Brand were a couple of successful aristocrats who lived towards the edge of the city in a large mansion, and fourteen years ago they couldn't be happier to have a child. Only seven years later, however, their home mysteriously burned down. Only the bodies of the two parents were found, but their child was presumed dead as well.
Reason to begin investigation: Ignatius doesn't like to talk about his personal reasons for investigating (or about himself in general), but it may have something to do with the strange book he always seems to carry around...

Actually, while you said that max education for a character like this is 8, does that also lower the base or do I have more points to spend? You get cash back. So, 6 more points, yes. Blood, your stats are fine. I'll post your class/skill stuff in a minute. I just realized that Roy's nickname sounds like instructions.

Wait, I get 280 points to put into those alone, or 280 is the max and then 110 is the max for everything else?

Wait, I get 280 points to put into those alone, or 280 is the max and then 110 is the max for everything else? you get the base of each skill. Then you get 280 points to add to those skills. Then you get 110 for any skills not listed as part of your job.

Okay, one final question. You gave me arts as one of them. Was this in junction with his occupation in martial arts, or did you mean actaul art, like painting and such...
