"Mark, huh? Someone mentioned that name before... He seems like a problem," Terra says. "First things first, though. Have you seen any little lost deku shrubs around? We were looking for one when we heard your fight. Er, Your Highness."
Crow lands on her shoulder. "Also we plan to take down this Rose Carnival while we're here." He nods enthusiastically.

"You can just call me Mercedes if you want. Deku Scrubs, huh? I think I saw one at the Great Fairy Fountain. Most of the Deku Scrubs live where Solar-I mean Rose Carnivorous is."

"Oh, great. Can we go to the Great Fairy Fountain? Is that allowed?" Terra asks.
"I'm sure the shrub will be fine if he's in the Great Fairy Fountain," Crow insists. "Unless the fountain gets captured by Caramel Rose and her bosom band of blossoms. So, Princess, where can we find this Rosalia con Carne? Oh, please tell me she's at the Fountain. That would be so convenient."

"Oh, no, it's nothing like that. The Great Fairy Fountain is probably the only safe place. Rose Carnivorous is at the Deku Palace. Here, follow me. I can take you to the Great Fairy Fountain." Mercedes flies along and leads your group through the forest, over to a large, ancient looking building. You all head on inside.
Entering the large, dome-shaped building, you find the area has a small pool of water filling the bottom of it. A large fountain, spraying water out of it is at the center with a beautiful fairy woman sitting atop the fountain. She must be the great fairy. You also see many fairies around in the area, some normal sized and some that look like little balls of light. Those must be the baby fairies or something. You also notice a small, cute, white creature with a little halo over its head. An angel, maybe? There's also a Deku Scrub here wearing a green hat that's really large in comparison to its body.

Terra looks around in wonder. "Wow, this is... something."
Crow sulks.
"Don't tell me you're still upset we didn't have an excuse to go beat up the plant lady?" Terra asks.
"Don't have an excuse yet," Crow corrects her.
Terra sighs. "Right, well, I'll handle the kid, you can have the giant lady."
Crow perks up a bit. He hops over and addresses the fountain lady. He adjusts his posture and clears his throat. "Squawrk?"
Terra rolls her eyes as she walks over to the deku scrub. She leans down a bit to talk to him on his own height. "Hey, kid. Are you lost? There's a family looking for a Deku Scrub that lost his way in the Mokiri forest."

You head over to the giant fairy woman along with Mercedes and squawk at her. "Hm...?" She turns her head around and looks over at you.
Mercedes flies over to her, next to your side. "Mother, this Crow helped us fight off the enemies in the forest today. He has the same mysterious powers that Mark has. He can change things in the world."
"Oh...interesting." The woman seems very intrigued by you. "Thank you for helping us in our time of need. Since you have helped us, perhaps there is something I can do in return for you?"
Meanwhile, Terra heads over to the Deku Scrub and asks him if he's lost. "Me...? No, I'm not lost. I think you're looking for someone else..." He looks pretty sad. Wonder what's wrong. As Terra speaks with the Deku Scrub, Purple Tanglerose starts to gnaw on her dress again.

Terra scoops up the Deku scrub, kicking at the tanglerose as she does so. She gives him a hug and coos. "Aw, you're so cute... Don't be sad, little guy."
Crow looks hesitant. "Well, uh... erm... n-nevermind. Do you think you could get my friend a new dress? After that, just point me towards that Deku shrub place. I'm going to go take down this... Rozen Confection. Fix up that Mark guy's... whatever he's doing."

Terra kicks away the Tanglerose and scoops up the Deku Scrub, giving him a hug. "Oh...thanks, I guess. I feel a little better...kind of. But my home is still overrun by evil plants..."
"A dress? Of course, I can arrange that easily. I'll have it done in no time." She motions toward one of the fairies and they head off, likely to get a new dress for Terra. "The Deku Palace is just west of here. You can find it rather easily. It's quite large. If you would like, I could have Mercedes show you the way."

Crow shakes his head. "Oh, I wouldn't dare ask the princess to go somewhere so dangerous. Unless she wants to. Then I'd appreciate it."
Terra closes her eyes and takes a quiet breath, forcing herself to look on the bright side. "Ugh... Well, you hear that? Sounds like we're going to go bust down the door of the Deku Palace and take care of the evil plants."

"Oh, okay. I'll just stay here then. Good luck with fighting Rose Carnivorous." Mercedes plays among the fairies that are little balls of light.
The Great Fairy sighs. "She can be a bit irresponsible at times. If you ever need our help, simply ask for it. This is our fight too, after all."
The Deku Scrub still doesn't look too happy. "Oh...well, that's nice of you to try, but I don't know if a small group of people could take on that many enemies..." The Purple Tanglerose slowly starts to creep back up toward Terra while she's distracted.

Crow starts to walk off when Terra walks over, carrying the deku scrub andstumbling over (and proceeding to kick) the tanglerose in the process. "Crow, this little cutie says the enemy has a sizable force."
"I'm sure it's fine," Crow assures her. "How tough could Dandelion Wine be? By the way, the nice fairies are bringing you a new dress to-"
"Army, Crow. Against you, me, 5 admittedly powerful summons, an archer, and a cat. Anyone can get overwhelmed."
"Don't worry, I have a plan."
"Is the plan 'brazenly march through the front door?'"
"..."
"...Crow..."
"...No-o-o-o-o..."
"Is the plan to use me as bait?"
"...Maybe..."
"Crow...!"
"Hey, hey. C'mon. You put on the fairy dress, we get some vines, y'know, tie you up, dangle you from a tree, set you swinging a bit... I bet it'd look really convincing. No way they'd be able to tell you aren't a fairy. And they'd have to figure out how to get you down before they could eat you. That would probably buy the rest of us... 20, maybe 30 seconds to sneak inside?"
"CROW!" Terra gently places the Deku scrub down, then grabs Crow and shakes him violently. She speaks in a furious, low whisper. "I swear to the gods, I don't care who or what you are or what it would do to me I will fry you up and eat you for dinner if you don't ask the nice lady for help. So...?"
Crow nods enthusiastically until she loosens her grip, then takes a deep breath. "Um... Actually, Great Fairy... do you think you could do something in the way of creating a diversion?"
Crow makes a mental note to dial back on Terra a couple notches. For a few hours, anyway.

"Of course. I'll send in a group to attack the Deku Palace from the front. Do you think you could sneak in through the back that way?"
Rena stares at you for a moment. "...Dandelion Wine isn't even close..."
Daryl yawns and looks like he's starting to get kind of bored of waiting around. He consoles the Purple Tanglerose as it whimpers, sad that its one true purpose to nom on Terra is constantly fighting against him.

Crow shrugs at Rena's comment. "Tomato Carnivorous, Potato Herbivore - doesn't matter. We'll take it out either way. You can count on us, Your Sparkliness!"
Crow starts to fly off ahead of everyone, then stops at tangleroseA. "Aw, Terra. Look, you made the poor thing cry."
"You did that," Terra says flatly.
"Aw, can't you let it gnaw on you just a little bit?"
"It can have my old dress once I'm changed. That's the best it's getting. And I swear if that thing tries to eat me while I'm asleep..."
"It'll be fi-i-i-ine. Now, let's go everyone! Forward, to victory!" Crow makes it out the door before realizing he forgot to talk to the angel. But you can't just make a dramatic exit, then immediately turn around and go back to talk to someone. That's absolutely garish. There'll be time later, maybe.
Crow realizes something and immediately turns around to go back to talk to someone. "Hey, uh... someone's going to show us to this back entrance, right? Daryl? tangleroseA? Princess?"

Daryl motions to himself. "I know a way we can get in through the back. I used to patrol that area, so I can get us in without having to run into any guards."
