Your strange group heads out together, on their way to victory!



Managing to sneak your way around to the back, you see that most of the enemy soldiers are currently missing. They must all be busy with the fairies attacking the front. Daryl leads you, Terra, and Purple Tanglerose around back, darting from behind wall to wall, avoiding the Deku Soldiers. You eventually find your way past the main wall and in the actual palace, crawling in through a back window. You seem to be in some sort of storage room with many pots sitting around.

"Alright, this is as far as I know. I've never been inside the actual palace, so it's up to you to figure out where we go from here. I do know that if we're looking for anyone that's captured, they keep them in the basement. I also know that the throne room is on the top floor. So we'll have to go up if you want to find Rose Carnivorous."

Looking around, there's only one door out of this room. However, you also have a window. Maybe you can head back outside and sneak around out there, taking a chance of possibly being caught by the guards...

Everyone stays close to the wall as you telekinesis the door open. You all wait a moment until nothing seems to happen. Walking through, you find a large hall and staircase. Looks like you have the choice to go up or down from here. There's a couple more rooms on this floor and you notice two Deku Soldiers standing guard at both the up and down staircases. You'll either need to find a way to take them down without alerting anyone or sneak past...

Everyone aside from Daryl hops on the submarine and shrinks down. Daryl then carefully carries everyone inside his hand discreetly. As he walks over to the staircase, the Deku Soldiers don't say much of anything. Daryl then heads on up to the next floor. From there, it looks like a similar setup to the last floor. He heads on over to the last staircase upwards, but the Deku Soldiers there stop him.

"Hey, you! What are you doing trying to go into Rose Carnivorous' throne room?"

"I have an urgent report from the battlefield! I have to see her immediately!"

"Urgent report...? Why is your armor purple?"

"Some fairies placed an evil spell on me. You know how they like to cause trouble. They thought it would confuse my allies."

"What's your report then?"

"It's about the battle in the Fairy Forest. Petey Piranha has switched sides and is fighting with the fairies!"

"That does seem like important information...fine. Go on ahead. But if she asks who let you in there, tell her it was Bob."

"Will do!" Daryl heads on into the throne room.



As Daryl enters the room, he sees a plant-like humanoid woman. She looks sort of like a dryad in a way. Her armor is made entirely out of giant roses and a helmet mask hybrid covers her face. She sits on the throne with a flower petal fan, looking bored. A couple of Solar Soldiers stand at her side as well. Daryl runs over to her and bows his head. "Rose Carnivorous. I come bringing news of the battlefield."

"Oh? What is it this time? That same old story with that annoying bird helping the fairies? I know. Mark warned me there would be those that wanted to work against our plans. Ah, but I didn't expect to run into them so soon. However, destroying a user and claiming their sphere all on my own...how impressive. Perhaps Mark would even promote me and give me more power. I do feel rather hungry..." She smiles and you can see sharp teeth as a long, almost lizard-like tongue lips her lips. "Hmm hmm. Daryl, I already know you're a traitor. Which is why I can't wait to eat you first."



She snaps her fingers as two plants grow out of the ground on either side of Daryl. Both of them are roses with sharp teeth that drool hungrily. Daryl quickly takes out the submarine and releases his allies so that they can help him. You take a quick look around the area and assess the situation. You've got five enemies here. Two Solar Soldiers, two carnivorous plant creatures, and Rose Carnivorous, who is still sitting on the throne with her legs crossed. Looks like she doesn't have any plans of even standing up to fight you. You've got yourself, Terra, Daryl, and Purple Tanglerose on your side. Oh, right, and the summons in your orb. You might want to use all the summon slots you have.

You're free to switch them around and pick whatever ones you want. The only limit is that you can only have five out at a time.

Rose Carnivorous looks pleased by how angry she got you.

June appears and equips the Green Emblem, hacking away at the left rose and doing effective damage, chopping it apart easily. Sentai Oliver Queen then poses and shoots an arrow at Solar Soldier A, doing some damage to him, but not taking him down. Grace follows this with an Icy Wind, blasting it at both Solar Soldiers and Rose Carnivorous. She ignores the attack for the most part, but Solar Soldier A is looking weak. Doc Leprechaun then gets in a boxing stance, moving in towards Solar Soldier B and landing a few punches on him while saying something about chocolate bars. Solar Soldier B looks like he's been weakened from the attacks sent his way, but is still standing. Magnolia then sets the right rose on fire, burning it away with ease. Terra leaps at Rose Carnivorous, but she holds out one hand, blocking Terra's fist and grabbing her hand. Rose Carnivorous then swings her fan across Terra's arm, cutting it off entirely before kicking her away. Purple Tanglerose catches Terra and stops her from being thrown into the others while Daryl fires a few beams of light at Rose Carnivorous.

Rose Carnivorous laughs a bit to herself and slams a fist on the throne, causing four new roses to come up out of the ground. The two Solar Soldiers appear to be weak enough for you to edit them now if you'd like.

You quickly edit the enemy Solar Soldiers, doubling their physical strength and setting them against Solaria. Then, together with your help and Terra's magic, you manage to seal her arm wound shut. She's still missing one arm, but at least she won't bleed to death. Meanwhile, Magnolia manages to burn away another rose with Fira and June chops another one apart. Grace creates a defensive barrier around herself while Doc unleashes a series of jabs on another rose. It seems to withstand his attack, however, and chomps down on him, swallowing him whole. You realize that you now have another open summon slot. Daryl heads in to take on the last rose, firing light beams at it and attacking with his lance, but the rose grabs his weapon and swallows it whole.

"Er...They took my weapon!" Sentai Queen then performs an unnecessary backflip and launches an arrow at Rose Carnivorous. She grabs the arrow mid flight right in front of her face and flicks it away. Her Solar Soldiers on either side begin to attack with their lances, but Rose Carnivorous smiles, revealing her sharp teeth again.

"Alright, no more playing around. I'll fight you myself."



Rose Carnivorous snaps her fingers and eight thorn covered vines come out of her back, quickly wrapping around the Solar Soldiers on either side of her and tearing them apart. The vines then feed the torn bodies to Rose Carnivorous and all her wounds seem to be healed. "Mmm...nothing quite like a mid battle snack. I wonder how you'll taste." She stands from the throne and the eight vines on her back retract back into her. Looking around the battlefield, you've got two weakened roses and one fully refreshed Rose Carnivorous.

Daryl steps back and moves to the back line. Kon appears from the sphere and takes Grace's defensive buffs after she uses another Barrier. Purple Tanglerose holds Terra back and stops her from getting close to Rose Carnivorous while she launches a beam of water at the enemy. Rose Carnivorous is hit, but ignores the attack. June then chops the stronger rose at the stem, killing it. Sentai Queen then fires an arrow that erupts into flames at the weaker rose, taking it out. Magnolia steps forward and unleashes a powerful Flare, dealing heavy damage to Rose Carnivorous.

You then try to use telekinesis to take off Rose Carnivorous' mask and appear to be successful! Beneath her mask are glowing, red eyes and as they're revealed, they emit a bright flash, causing your entire party to be inflicted with the fear status. She then lets out a loud screech that deafens the entire party as well. She seems to be screaming at you, but you literally cannot hear anything she's saying. You see vines smash through the ceiling and tear apart Magnolia before more sharp vines start to tangle around everyone else's feet through the floor, causing cracks in the entire palace. Suddenly, a stranger in a black cloak enters the room through a portal. You see him speak with Rose Carnivorous a moment before the two of them leave through the same portal. The ground beneath you then starts to crumble and you fall downwards, blacking out...



When you come to, you find yourself within the ancient building the Great Fairy Fountain is housed in. A woman wearing a blue dress with transparent wings is standing over you and staring at you. Her long, brown hair is worn in a single braid adorned with blue flowers. "Oh, you're awake." You can tell from the expression on her face, something serious is happening. Where are the fairies? Everyone aside from your allies that fought with you are gone. "It looks like with my magic and the fountain's healing properties, I was able to keep you from dying! I swooped in just in time while you were all falling to your deaths! Oh, but now isn't the time for celebrations. We may have won the battle, but the war is just beginning. Crow, the destroyers are on their way to Castle Town right this minute. I know I have no place in asking for your help, but we need it. I fear the destroyers are too powerful, even for us. But I've seen the power those spheres have. The seal placed on me was broken by someone that had one. You have a sphere too, don't you? We need your help. I'm asking you, please help us."

You look around and see that your allies are all fully healed. In fact, Terra's arm seems to be back. Whoever this lady is must be a powerful healer to restore lost limbs. You also notice that you still have Rose Carnivorous' mask with you still.
