You head downstairs. Nothing interesting seems to be going on, you aren't even open yet. The shift manager should be here soon, but he can let himself in...
You head to the library.
There's an old woman managing the front desk. She's half-asleep, head nodding and snapping up.
Over to one side, you see a man sitting in a small snack room with vending machines and tables. He's got a very... interesting getup with an Australian-style hat, an open vest that shows off his scarred chest, and... a boomerang strapped to his hip? Really?
You catch a glimpse of a familiar figure getting onto an elevator. Delia?
Kayla
You walk up to the Florville Service and Repair. It looks like they're just about to open up for the day. One of the garage doors is open, and you can see mechanics casually walking about the bay setting things in place. You try changing angles a bit. You can't see any cars inside, and definitely not the van. But there does seem to be a lot around back where they have a few cars waiting to be picked up. The main office is also open. One of the mechanics notices you and seems to be watching to see if you need anything.

You watch the elevator and see that it stops on the third floor. You head up after her. After a brief search, you see her sitting at a table already surrounded by several books about the occult, as well as a large notepad covered in a few scrawled notes. Her face is buried in a book and she doesn't seem to have noticed you yet.

You take one of Delia's books. She either doesn't notice or doesn't acknowledge it. Her face is still buried in her book.
start going through it. It's something about some local cult. The Cult of Hypnos, huh? Supposedly they've existed in the shadows of this town since... almost since its founding. They worship the god of sleep. And their stated purpose is to defend the town from invasion from demons, to hold back something called the... "flower burst?" And minimize the damage. Whatever all that means. It goes on to talk about how this town is some kind of nexus or something.
Delia continues to be absorbed in her book. She grabs another and starts reading without looking up. And another. And another She quickly scribbles down a few notes throughout the process. She finally reaches for the spot you took the book from. She reaches around for a few seconds before looking up. She finally notices you... and immediately starts glaring. "I was reading that."
