You go for a stroll around the Industrial Sector.
Swaltzer's Luck rolls: Failure, Failure, Success
Nothing seems out of order around your business. As it should be! A few employees are on their way out for lunch. You wave at them, a few wave back.
You stroll past that chemical plant nearby. Hm. Nothing out of the ordinary.
While passing the power plant, you notice a suspicious blonde man lurking around the rear gate. He's wearing an employee's uniform - you think, you're no expert on their uniform but he's wearing the same tan-and-white jumpsuit as most of the people you see heading in there - but something about his behavior seems a bit off. He's glancing around like he wants to be sure no one sees him.

You mind your own business and proceed with the walk. The man starts when he notices you, then goes back to acting generically shady once he realizes you have no intention of interacting him.
You see a very pretty bird. It's white and kind of reminds you of Celandine, though you have no idea what the things' species is. You notice a poofy cloud that also kind of reminds you of her. Hm.
Nothing else of note happens during your walk.
By the time you get back, it's time to start getting ready for the date. Unless you're planning to stand her up...?

You fire up the computer and do some digging about this circus that Crow really should've remembered to give a proper name.
You're able to pull up quite a bit of information easily enough. You find several reviews. The recent reviews seem to be mostly positive. There's a few negative ones complaining about this and that, but nothing unusual. Just the usual whiny customers whining about stupid things like the popcorn being too expensive (it wasn't) or losing their wallet. You'd estimate the average score is about a... 4.2/5. Solid.
You find the circus' homepage easily enough. It's... kinda crappy. They could probably bring in some more traffic if they spent a bit of effort on re-designing this. You notice a large (and tacky) banner telling you the traveling circus is currently a not-traveling circus, citing training or something. There's a schedule saying they'll be in Florville for the next two months, running a few local shows every weekend. It matches what you already know.
Swaltzer's Computer Use check: 17/25 - Success
You pull up a bit about the circus' history. Looks like it hasn't always been so... great. Lot of not-great news articles archived from back in the day. Then an article about the old ringmaster dying in some accident, then something about Bairbre... Bairbre Ward, huh? Looks like the circus was planning to close, but she took up the reins and managed to turn things around. Nice, good for her.
You also find out that quite a few other people think Celandine's really cute. Hrmph.
