(Alright, it's a new day, everyone! The Job Board has been updated!)
The morning goes as usual and Cinder is notified that his request has been taken up by Team Trio. He also got a personal request from Sparky delivered to him. This one asks about Shadow Pokemon in Mt. Skypeak. Paula also wakes up and finds that instead of holding an egg, she's got a baby Pichu in her arms! How shocking! It must have hatched overnight!
(For the newly hatched Pichu, you'll have to fill out a sign up form for it. Pichu is now a new character for you to play as! Also, you can find details on the special request from Sparky in the Job Board. Keep in mind, I put it with the other jobs, but if it is labeled with a Special Mission or Special Request, it was sent specifically to your guild.)

"This mission at Mount Skypeak sounds pretty serious. While I'm not going to change the rule I just recently made, I would definitely say that whoever goes there should bring a full group of four, and Paula should probably be one of them since the legendary is probably a Flying type, although if she wants to go somewhere safer with her newly hatched Pichu-congratulations, by the way-that would be understandable. Speaking of who is going where, I'm going to be staying here today. Don't get me wrong, I want to see what's at that mountain, but I want to be able to promptly pay Team Trio when they bring Werp back. Please tell me all about what you find at that mountain when you get back."

(Just I think I did the sign up right for Chip the Pichu)
Paula upon waking up feels something strange and furry. When Paula opens her eyes she's sees a Pichu looking at her.
"Oh my goodness, you hatched little buddy and your a Pichu, that brings back so many ouch my head," Paula said as she clutches her head in pain. The sight of the newly hatched Pichu has managed to awaken another memory of Paula's past.
Time: 10 years ago.....
Paula and her very first Pokemon Pichu are in a nearby woods training for an upcoming Pokemon Contest that will be happening in the next town over. "Okay, Pichu again just like we been practicing," Paula said as Pichu was doing varouis flips and summersaults while letting loose thunder shocks. "Okay Rattata you too lets see what you can do," Paula told Nat the Rattata who was the very first Pokemon her and Pichu caught together. While Paula was practicing with her Pokemon a nearby Fletching happened to wander over curouis about was going on.
"Fletch Fletch Fletching," the wild Fletching chirped while it seemed like it was shaking its wings to the music Paula was playing.
"Wow how odd, a wild Pokemon that likes to dance, hey Fletching would you like to join us?" Paula asked as the wild Fletching was chirping away in approval. "Okay Fletching welcome to the gang," Paula said as she tapped the pokeball to the dancing Fletching. The Pokeball with little effort rocked back and forth three times before it clicked confirming that Fletching has been captured.
"Welcome aboard my new friend, come and say hi to everyone," Paula said as she called out her newest Pokemon. "Pichu, Nat say hello to our newest member Flanna," Paula said as her other two Pokemon gave a warm welcome to Flanna. "Just think guys in a couple of days it will be our very first Pokemon Contest I hope you guys are excited I know I am," Paula said as her Pokemon all jumped for joy. Afterwards her memories began to fade and everything began returning to the present day.
Time: Current.
As Paula's headache began to dull she heard the others congratulate her on her newest Pokemon the newly hatched Pichu. Paula also hear Cinder mention something about a new special job posted.
Hey guys sorry about that but seeing the baby Pichu must have brought back a memory from when I was not a Pikachu. So Cinder you want me to investigate this gem atop a peak. I would be happy to go ahead and do that mission. Markus if your staying here then Chip can stay here with you. Just know this Pichu means a lot to me and I am trusting you with its care.

As Markus and Cinder sit at home with Chip and the egg, Markus notices the egg is starting to move around a little. Could it be starting to get closer to hatching time?
(Don't forget you have full control of Chip, Yoshi! He is an entirely new character for you to play as.)

Chip looks around bored. Having just hatched and seeing his mom go off on a dangerous trip.
Chip begins to get restless despite not being a day old he wants to go out.
Chip then goes over to Markus and just looks at him.
Pichu Pichu i am bored whens mommy Paula coming back, Chip asks
Take me out to Pichu woods..... tiny woods lets do some training??? Chip says to Markus

Markus then looks out of a nearby window "patience is a Virtue. we could walk around poketown for a bit if you want"
