(Was unsure if Chip could actually talk or just say Pichu? That why i just split the difference but if we need an explanation could we just say that Chip picked up on some words while an egg.)

Chip looks over at Markus and Cinder with his Pichu eyes almost like he's begging them to go to Tiny Woods to train.
Suddenly chip thinks of an idea and he goes around looking for something that resembles a pen or microphone. Chip finds something thats close enough and then he starts singing.

Chip starts acting adorable until the chorus starts.
Pi pi pichu pichu pichu pi. Pi pi pichu. Pi Pichu Pi Pi Pi Pichu Pichu Pichu. Pi pi Pichu. Pi Pi Pi Pichu. PIIIICCCHHHHHUUUUU. PICHUUUU PICCHHHUUUUU.

As Chip sings, the Pichu band comes up slowly from the floor on a moving platform. They're all playing the song for him.

When the song ends the Pichu band poses as the spotlights turn off and they sink back down into the floor. Hmm...strange.
