Vitquest is basically a giant crossover game with no fourth wall. Everyone plays as a shameless self-insert with inventories consisting of random items contained from the Vitcon Vending Machine (although in order to both level the playing field and prevent things from being a nightmare to handle that results in the game dying again Malefio said he'd limit everyone to three items from that inventory at the start with more items from that inventory obtained as the game goes on) and abilities based on yourself or your avatar, as well as a character of their choosing from another Vitcon game (including Gates which is considered an honorary Vitcon game) as a companion.

I limit the orb summons to one at a time.
Also note that you choose the characters that go inside the Vitgem when you get one, so if we reset the Vending Machine inventory, you can still get the characters in your Vitgem.

Forgot to respong about factions. There will be many factions. You can't start in one, but you can join any faction you encounter in the game.

I'd prefer the old inventories if it's all the same. If we get a new one it may as well just be Gate Quest since Just is looking to turn that over to someone else, and I kind of like some of my old characters and items. With the old inventories it's just a matter of when I bring them in as opposed to hoping I get items and characters I want. Also, part of why we haven't gotten any more input may be because everyone else just hasn't read this yet. Let's call them in here. Vitquest is a game where you play as yourself, while also having access from characters from Vitcon, Gamefaqs, Pikmin Wars and CYOAVerse and travel a world populated by my many characters. |
