I was actually considering wether the war is the events of Apocalypse, but decided against the previous games being canon. Altough I might have Rachel show up, she traveled through time, traveling through a multiverse isn't farfetched. Ok then, Ill make a new character then. I was thinking of Rebooting Oblivion, but I Decided that would be bad Taste so here is a new Character.
Name: Michelle O'halla

Gender: Female
Race: Human/Cyborg(Though Human with a Prosthetic Arm is more Accurate)
Element: Machine
Instrument: you know those Techo Keyboards that you can carry with you from the 80s? well Her Instrument is one of those
Weapon: A Rifle.
Starting Skills:
Reload - Reloads Current Weapon's Ammo, Having this Skill puts an Ammo Count on Firearms(There is no Limit to Amount ammo, it means that all Guns must be Reloaded after a certain number of shots, There is no Worry about Running out of ammo)
Standard Shot - Fires a Standard Bullet, uses up 1 Ammo, it has no Special Effects, just a Standard attack
Burst Shot - Uses all Loaded Ammo and Fires one Large Shot of Elemental Energy, Weapon Must must be Reloaded after Use, the Elemental Energy it Fires is based on the Weapon. not the User
(The Reason why im doing an Ammo thing, is because I think this kind of playstyle would be fun and challenging, and is something we dont normally see on Vitcon)
Description: She Looks like a Normal Human, with a Metal Arm(an Arm Made by Dwarves!), She Wears some Generic Protective Armor on her Upper body with a Puke Green Shirt Under it, She Wears some Generic Black Pants, a Belt with some Survival Equipment on it, that Techno Keyboard on her back, oh and some Boots.
Backstory: Ehh Ill Explore her backstory In-game, the only thing I say is she lost her arm when Young, and got a new one made by Dwarves.
Job: Bounty Hunter

You get a weird one.
The torso and above is a muscular horned demon(ess) wearing a leather jacket. It's skin's coloration could be describe as "lightning blue". It's right arm is completely made out of flames and is bigger than his other arm. The lower half of it's body is a steampunk motorcycle. Flames shaped like wings are constantly coming out of the exhaust pipes.

Do we need to keep track of Rank or do Rank Ups and Gems not exist in this game?
The previous game used Gems to essentially "evolve" your Note Beasts, changing their appearance, possibly adding a new element to them, and raising their stats along with resetting their level to 1 and allowing them to gain new skills by leveling up. Conductors could Rank Up too, but they did it by completing special quests, not using Gems. And they could only do it once.

Hmm... This wasn't planned cause we didn't make it to a point where that happened. I don't see anything wrong with it though.
I'll wait for you guys to reach a consensus though. Don't want to end up adding something the majority didn't want.
Also, just making sure everyone knows they control their Note Beasts.
Also, there's special notes that exist, like Double Notes, but you'll discover these while progressing.
