Jimmy notices you as soon as you arrive. He waves. "H-hey, Leia. Ready for this? I'll make sure to get a lot of good pictures of... you."
Leia, Sam
You both head across town to where the Volunteer club has been building a house for the last few weeks. It really came together fast...
Lots of people are here today. Somnis is here, directing everything as expected. Natsumi and Buttons are acting as her secondary coordinators. Kiran, Tia, Katie, Fox, Grant, and Avel are among the workers, and Jimmy's taking a lot of pictures of everything. Alice arrives, still in a few casts and a wheelchair, though all she can do is watch. Mattea, of course, is here as the president.
The volunteers spend the morning all putting together the last few finishing touches. Decorations and whatnot. Loading some food in the pantry and refrigerator, some clothes and toys for the kids.
The family moving in arrives in the early afternoon. Their reaction is complete shock at everything going on. More than a bit of crying. They thank everyone that helped personally. It's not something any of you are likely to forget any time soon.

Tai stretches. He feels like it was a productive morning, somehow. (Understanding isn't one of our stats..?)
He goes downstairs and doesn't see his mom, not that he expected to. He sighs. He didn't really ahve a plan for the day. He supposes that there'll be some sort of meeting tonight for Otherworld shit. He texts Leia first.
"Hey, were supposed to meet tonight or some shit?"
Next he moves onto Mattea, "What are you doing after your volunteer stuff?"

Leia stresses out about Jimmy's comments and the fact that she didn't even know what she signed up for, so she gets to work without commenting on Jimmy's claim.
She goes back to him once she has free time, probably sweaty and tired.
"Huh... I'm... I'm not really at my best... I hope you don't have too many pictures of me...
Oh... And... Uhm... Did you pick the movie for tonight?"

You get a message from Tai while you're working. "Hey, were supposed to meet tonight or some shit?"
"...Only a few pictures," Jimmy says. "Um, anyway, I asked, uh, what's her name... Raine! She said she'd already seen the movie the fortune teller lady gave me tickets for. She thinks it'll be fi- oh, I didn't tell her I was asking about you or anything! Anyway she thinks it'll be fine."

To Tai: "Where is that coming from? I wasn't aware of that! I'm supposed to go to the theater tonight!"
She puts her phone back into here pocket.
"So hum... Yeah... What's the movie about? Haha..."
Leia face suddenly changes, as she goes to her usual panic.
"Stop! Wait! Itititit's better if... if... if it's a surprise! Ri... Right?!"
