You head to the mall. Things are busy tonight. It looks like a lot of the windows and doors have been freshly replaced.
Mattea is dressed in her waitress uniform and sitting by the fountain. Looks like she just got off work.
Avel is poking around the music store after his day working with the volunteer club.
Tom is having a cup of coffee in the cafe.
Buttons is poking around in the bookstore.
Mareena is perched sitting on the railing outside of her shop, watching everyone in the mall. She pulls an old-timey pocketwatch out of her pocket and checks it, then goes back to watching everyone.

Tia leads them to a "healthy" snack place in the mall.

After you take the lead looking for a healthy snack place, Mattea assumes control and guides you to a smoothie bar in a quiet corner on the 2nd floor. You notice she doesn't let go of that hand you offered her, either.
She orders a strawberry-banana-orange smoothie and takes a seat near the corner. She confidently crosses her legs, folds her arms, and stares at you. Somehow... Tai feels like prey locking eyes with a predator about to pounce. This might be a good time to come up with some excuse and make a break for it.

Mattea rolls her eyes and lets out a snort of laughter. "Yeah, I think I can handle you." She hops up and walks around the table. "The better question... is whether you think you can handle meaaack!"
Mattea grabs the table and catches herself after she trips over an untied shoelace. She quickly adjusts a strange of hair out of her face, then leans in and gives Tai a kiss.

You head to the mall that afternoon. There was a lot of damage, but most of it's already been cleaned up.
Sachi and Mattea are working in the cafe as a cook and a waitress. You spot Raine coming out of Mareena's shop... which means she's probably around, too.
