You head to the Industrial District with Buttons. He leads you to the warehouse where you'll be meeting on Sunday. The warehouse is rundown, paint peeling, broken windows, surrounded by a half-collapsed fence. He pulls out a pair of flashlights and tosses one to you. "Alright, I already got permission for us to use this place." He produces a key and clicks open the gate on the fence. "We need to scout the site and make sure it's safe."

"Uh, yeah. Basically. If Alice finds anything... Oh. Right. Yeah. I can probably get away with a lot more with the new prez, huh. Still. I don't want any random club members getting killed or whatever. So, uh, I guess we should probably split up? Just yell if you find anything weird. Like... holes in the floor or hanging deathtraps or whatever."

You head inside and find a huge, empty, dusty room with a few support beams and not a lot else. There's a few rusty pieces of metal lying around. They look like scrap, you're not really sure what they could have been for. No traps, no guys in power armor waiting to ambush you. A few pointy bits on that scrap that could be tetanus traps if you didn't have a flashlight.
On one end, there's a set of stairs leading up to what looks like a control room type of thing with a large window to observe the machine floor. And down beneath it, a few walls seem to form smaller offices, maybe a bathroom or breakroom.
You see Buttons' flashlight heading up towards the upper room.

You follow Buttons up the stairs. They creak and groan under the weight. "Nice," you hear Buttons mutter.
When you get into the room, you find Buttons looking around. He pauses at a set of filing cabinets, then walks over. He opens one up and looks inside. He hops back in surprise, fumbling with his flashlight. "Whoa. Black widow? Nah, wrong markings. Probably fine. Definitely need to clean this place up a bit. Dammit, where's the main power breaker?"
He turns and shines his flashlight in your face. "Gah! When did you...!?"

"Anyways, I didn't see much downstairs. There are a few offices below this one if you don't find the breaker up here."

"We don't need to get anyone asking questions about the school hosting a cult or whatever. And God forbid any legal trouble or something. You want the club getting shut down?"

Tai waves the glash light around as he searches. "So this is just a club thing and doesn't have anything to do with the *Otherworld* right?" Tai asks going a bit quieter on the otherworld part.

"Nah, just normal club stuff. I wouldn't do anything to get the other club members involved." He wanders around a bit more. "Oh, here we go."
He walks over to a big grey box, scratches his head, and smacks the thing with his flashlight. It falls open, and he messes with a few switches inside it. The bright overhead lights snap on one at a time, revealing... a giant empty room. Exactly like you thought.
"Niiiice," Buttons says, walking back out onto the floor. "Can't believe they lent us this thing for over a month."
