"Hm..." Mr. Tsuki leans in and examines your face. "So what exactly are your intentions with my daughter?"
"Dad!" Natsumi squeaks.
"I'm just kidding, just kidding," he assures her. He gives you a look that says he might not really be kidding, then moves on. "So, you kids ready to try something new? There aren't any of these things for miles, but it looks like they at least tried to get the feeling. I'm really excited. Your mother would've loved this, Nat."
"She probably would've hated it for every tiny error they made," Natsumi points out.
Nora
"That works for me," Alice says. "Bathing suit rentals are over there - if you want one - then you pass through the changing room and the bath is outside. There's a mixed bathing spot, but I think I'll stick with the ladies only. See you in a bit." She walks over to a different counter, grabs a towel with little more than a nod to the clerk, then disappears into a changing room.
Outside, you find a shallow, steaming pool surrounded by a tall bamboo fence. Alice, wrapped in a towel, has wasted no time jumping in. She's already sitting, sunk into it up to her neck. She looks up as you arrive and smiles. "It's so warm..."

Leia looks at Mr. Tsuki, then back at Natsumi. She seems confident for once.
"It's okay, Natsu-girl. My intentions are to protect your daughter and all my friends from being hurt by any sort of negativity...
That might be a bit utopic, but sometimes you have to aim high."
Leia then seems uncomfortable when they start to talk about the mother. She stays silent.

"Hm." Natsumi's dad looks at you suspiciously. "I see." His suspicious glare breaks. "Alright, then! Everyone ready for this?"
You head inside to find the building divided into three sections. A modern spa with masseuses and whatnot on the modern side, a European-style sauna in the center, and the Eastern-style hot springs to the right.
"Oh..." Natsumi looks around, excited. "Wow. This place is bigger than I thought. Are we going right to the hot springs? The bathing suit rentals are over there."
You notice Avalon and the woman she's with heading into the sauna.

Nora, wrapped in only a towel, steps into the pool and sinks down to her chest, sighing deeply. She smiles back at Alice. "Oh, now this is heavenly... I've been to a Sauna before, but I found it rather cramped and crude. This, on the other hand... Is far more my style. What an utter delight. Almost feels a bit mystical, hmm?"

Leia glances towards the masseuse section, seemingly worrying about something.

"Great, let's..." she pauses when she sees your face, then decides not to pry. "Let's go!" she finishes. "I brought my own bathing suit, so I'll go on ahead to the changing room. Just tell them what kind you want and I'll meet you inside. Oh, and make sure you go in the ladies only pool, OK?"
With that, Natsumi does exactly as she said she would do.

Alice sighs and sinks lower. "That's a good word for it... Simply wonderful. And just look at those stars. Wow. They look so much brighter out here than in the city."
You hear the sound of the door sliding open. Natsumi steps out in a towel, looks around, then smiles and waves at you. She continues to stand by the door like she's waiting for someone.
Alice gives her a glance, then continues to relax. "Ah, that would be- oh, no, you've already been introduced to Natsumi. How did you like art, by the way?"

Nora gives a slight shrug. "It's a fun way to pass some time, I suppose, though it's certainly not my favorite hobby. I much prefer chess and reading."
She grins at Alice. "Which reminds me. I originally approached you with the intent of challenging you to a game, since I heard you were the leader of the chess club. Would you care for a match sometime, my dear?"

You find Natsumi-in-a-towel waiting for you on the edge of a steaming pool. She holds out her hand and helps you step in. It's hot, exactly like it said in the name. Warm. Happy. The warm water is a sharp contrast to the cool night air. Natsumi slides in beside you. "Ow, ow, ow... That's... nice, though. Hmmmm..."
Natsumi looks around, but there's a sizable crowd starting to form. Not a good place for a private conversation about the Otherworld or anything. "So, do anything fun last week?"

"I don't think I'm allowed to turn down official challenges," Alice teases. "I'm sure we can find a good time in the near future. What kind of reading do you do? Personally I'm a fan of historical fiction - my favorite's The Three Musketeers."

Leia looks at Natsumi with a dumb smile. She talks quietly, but still tries to not outright say anything about the otherworld.
"You know, the heat reminds me of the first time we came to the beach...
It wasn't very pleasant, but it's the first time I saved someone instead of myself...
I'm glad it was you."

Nora grins. "I'm a fan of both historical fiction and non-fiction alike. I adore European mythology, European occult myths, and the like. Asian mythology is incredibly interesting as well. I admit I enjoy a good fantasy or romance from time to time as well."

Alice readjusts herself in the water to face you better. "Reading, chess, dabbling in husbandry, and now learning art... My, my. Such refined tastes. You must have a few... baser hobbies, no? What else do you do for fun?"

"Hehe... Tomato soup..." Natsumi giggles to herself. "I'm really glad you took some time off to have some fun. And that you came with me! I was worried you'd been doing nothing but working all week. Stress is really bad for your health, y'know. It can make it really hard to do... stuff. And stuff's way more fun with friends! Understand?"

"Well, I love movies and shopping as much as the next girl," Nora answers. "I've always preferred reading to TV and games, but they aren't totally foreign to me either. I do love the outdoors, but I'm not particularly athletic, so I mostly stick to hiking. I simply love the feeling of exploration, and I have since I was a little girl running around barefoot in the estate's gardens. Oh, and I do very much enjoy Tarot Cards and fortune telling and the like."
