Morgan picks herself up and causally brushes herself off and then sits next to the head of Tia. "Oh and start trying to bury her again, while apologizing.
"Ms. Tia I am very glad I got a chance to see you again,". "I asked Somnis about you when we were hanging out the other night,". "I was worried if you were okay after we left and I was hoping you were doing okay,". "I don't know if it means much but I am really glad your making new friends and that your happy," Morgan tells Tia.

"I know this kinda fucking sucks, but it seems like Alice thought you should come. Of course, it's your choice. Noone can force you to anything."
Tai looks down. "Fuck, this deels like a real shit show, but fuck if I'll let some bitch-ass angel terrorize people." Tai clenches his fist, then exhales a breath and lets it go.
He looks back at her and offers his hand.

Levi's out of breath. And he changed for nothing because it became midnight REAL quick. Kinda suspicious.
Anyway, he sits down and catches his breath before noticing everyone pairing up without him.
This is terrible. Everyone Levi knows is already in a group. Maybe he should just leave...
Levi just walks over to the portal and heads inside without saying anything.

Natsumi walks over and gives you a big hug. "I know this is all kind of scary, but... we need all they help we can get, and I trust you." She lets you out of the hug, but continues to hold your hand.
Tai
Mattea walks past without even noticing you offering your hand. She looks down at Natsumi and Leia - it's not just the heels, she's even tall barefoot. "Well, aren't we just the cute little couple? Heh. Come on. If we've got our full group, let's get a move on. I want to see what all this crap's about." She reaches back and grabs your hand without even looking. "And no more bitching about shit-shows or whatever." She proceeds to drag you into the portal.
Move to Howling Cliffs.
Leia
Seeing this, Natsumi starts guiding you into the portal, as well.

Morgan
You try to bury Tia again, but she wriggles out and curls around you instead while muttering about the cold and feeling sleepy. Right, snake. Cold-blooded. Tom walks over and joins your group.
Levi (again)
You faceplant in the imprint left by Morgan. Looking around, you need to choose between joining with Fox, Katie, Dewey, and Kiran or Tia, Somnis, Tom, and Morgan.

Levi gets up and brushes the sand off of him.
And cries.

Fox and Katie are nice, I guess.
...But he also knows Tom and Morgan pretty well.

Levi stands around and uncomfortably waits for someone to either offer he joins or just...until everyone goes without him. They probably haven't invited him to join them because they all secretly hate him or something. They probably don't want him here. They think he's the worst. They all gathered here just to talk about how much they hate him.
This continues on for a while and Levi stands there, staring into the void.

They're all expecting him to do something and he's done nothing. NOTHING. And if he picks someone, the others will feel offended he didn't pick them. But if he doesn't pick anyone, they'll all hate him! BUT IF HE PICKS TO GO ALONE, SOMNIS WILL HATE HIM. THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME. WE'VE BEEN THROWN INTO THE DARKEST TIMELINE.
The screaming and panic continues in Levi's head, but on the outside it looks like he's just staring back at all of them and sweating a bit.

"...Okay." Levi goes along with Morgan and her group. "I'm okay..."
Although a bit embarrassed, he heads into the portal and immediately says. "Please don't hurt me, Somnis. I brought people this time..."

"Ms Somnis said she would grab us when she is ready,". "Don't worry I made the same mistake and well,".
Morgan points to the area where she face planted.
"She didn't seem happy about the boy with the weird colored hair throwing someone into the portal,".

You roll out of the dim, hard-rock cavern and into a dark, hard-rock cavern. Your otherworld armor is gone, so you can assume you're back in the real world. Still stuck to Natsumi.
You look around and see that the only light is the faint glow of the portal. You're in a roughly circular room. A rocky floor covers a horseshoe-shaped area, and a pool of water seems to be the only possible exit.
Natsumi looks around, too. "Um... We're safe from the monsters, but I really think we shouldn't try to swim out of here like this. Let's just... sit and wait. I don't mind cuddling with you for a while."
...
Natsumi yawns. The adrenaline's wearing off and you remember how late it is. And it's a school night. If you don't sleep, tomorrow's gonna be rough.
She looks at you, drowsily, and murmurs. "Leia-person is super-cute when she's super-focused..."

(One day, I'll make a comic relief character without a really dark backstory.)
As the adrenaline wears off, Leia seemingly starts to panick again. This time, it's not funny at all though. She turns red, seems to puff up and breathes in irregular fashion. She wiggles, struggling to get out of the web. She's shaking uncontrolably and seems to be in physical pain, screaming her lungs out.
"NO!
NO!
NO!
I LEFT THEM BEHIND! THEY'RE ALL DEAD! THEY'RE ALL DEAD!
PLEASE NO!
NOT AGAIN!"
She screams the same thing over and over again, but seems to pass out after a few seconds as she unleashes too much energy.
(PTSD/Panic attack about her backstory I didn't reveal yet if you're wondering what's happening.)
