Beach

(I don't know how much medical proficiency Tai has, but I think you do need to be sent to the hospital after a massive panic attack.)

Tai

You strip while Natsumi tries to calm down but she does not calm down she could not be much less calm.  "I'm calm I'm calm I'm not calm Tai what are you doing what the crap are you doing no come back at least-"


Leia

"...untie... me..." Natsumi trails off.


Tai

You swim, crawling along the roof of the cave, until you start to worry and think you should turn back.  In the darkness, you can't see or feel anything.  And then you break the surface.  And find yourself in a tiny, pitch-black chamber.  Just an air pocket, huh?  You dive back down and keep going.  You come to another air pocket, then another.  Finally, you can see a bit of light and follow it.  You break surface in the open ocean, just a short swim from shore.

No one is there.

Tai

You head back to Natsumi and start explaining what you saw.  She doesn't even seem to notice you.  She's quietly muttering something to herself.  "Can't get out can't move can't help can't help... can't... help..."  When you start pulling at her bonds, and she slowly tilts her head to look at you.  Her expression is uncomfortably emotionless.  She seems to be looking past you.  "Tai...?  Where's Leia?  Why can't I move?  Where's Leia?"

Tai

"..." Natsumi looks away.

Levi

You walk out onto the beach.  Looking at the moon, it's probably about 3AM.

A man steps out beside you.  Well, you say man.  But he looks like he's a bit younger than you.  Tall and muscular, but a bit younger.  Short-cut brown hair, green eyes, brown T-shirt, green-dyed jeans, sandals.  He looks at Levi, a bit uncomfortably.  "So... it looks like I'm going to be living with you for a few days."

The other NPCs start coming back through the portal.  As expected, Katie's clothes have magically repaired themselves despite dramatically exploding off earlier.  Mattea does an exaggerated stretch.  "Maaaan, Alice owes me big time."

Tom gives her an unimpressed look.  "You're not going to shirk your duties as the new class president, right?"

She turns her nose up.  "Of course not."


Tai

Natsumi continues the half-dead routine.  Arcadia, then Kiran run through the portal while you're just starting to get the strands off.


Arcadia

You run into a small cave, lit only by the portal.  A small pool of water is the only potential exit.  Kiran runs in behind you.

You see Tai.  In his underwear.  Dripping.  Crouching down beside Natsumi and Leia.  Leia's trapped underneath Natsumi and they're both covered in webbing.  Both of them are in their swimsuits.  And both have obviously been crying.  Leia seems to be unconscious.  Natsumi slowly turns to look at you with cold, dead eyes.

"Great, what is it now? As you can see Im2 dealing with two emotionally and mentally scarred teenage girls. You can swim to the surface of the beach through the pool over there if one of you wants to go get help. I'm still working of these knots. Damnit! Why won't this come apart already!"

Tai claws at the webs even harder than before, really digging in, careful not to scratch Natty though.
