BURST SKILLS
Looking at class skills, the first options at levels 1, 10, and 20 are BURST SKILLS. So long as any member of the guild spends a point, they'll be unlocked for the entire guild to use in battle. Each has a different cost from 1 to 5. 1
Analyze - Determine enemy weaknesses, resistances, and drops
Double Attack - Two members of the guild attack immediately
Wide Swing - One ally attacks all enemies
Blessing - Slightly restore HP to the party at the end of the turn
Calm Breath - Restore HP to the user
Pressure - Prevent nearby FOEs from moving or joining the fight 2
Enchant - All attacks deal mixed fire/ice/volt damage this round
Hex - For 1 turn, elemental attacks may inflict random ailments
Flame Wall - Strong fire damage to one enemy line
Game Changer - Transfer all binds and ailments from 1 ally to all enemies
Resuscitate - Revive an ally with low HP
Black Mist - Reduce enemy resistance to all binds/ailments for 1 turn
Superspeed - Party acts first this turn 3
Full Retreat - Escape from battle and return to town
Guard Order - Increase defense for all allies for 1 turn
Charge Order - Increase attack for all allies for 1 turn
Aegis Guard - For 1 turn, nullify all physical attacks against the party
Aegis Ward - For 1 turn, nullify all elemental attacks against the party
Holy Gift - Increase EXP earned from this battle
Tri-Shield - Block the first 3 enemy attacks this turn
Ice Coffin - Strong ranged ice attack to 1 enemy
Life Drain - For 1 turn, all attacks heal all allies
Binding Force - For 1 turn, all attacks have a chance to inflict random binds
Forbidden Rite - Extend duration of all buffs and debuffs for 1 round
Spectral Cage - Chance to fully bind 1 enemy
Concentrate - More than double the power of 1 ally's next attack 4
Mana Heal - Restore a small amount of TP to all party members
Triumph Song - Party deals +30% damage and takes -30% damage for 1 turn
Geo Impact - Powerful bash attack to all enemies with high chance of stun
Aegis Shield - Nullify all damage to the party for 1 turn
Falling Stars - 10 ranged bash attacks against random enemies
Swipe Slash - Powerful ranged cut to all enemies with a chance to instantly kill
Tri-Magic - Strong Fire, Ice, and Volt attack against all enemies
Tri-Attack - Strong Bash, Slash, and Stab attack to 1 enemy 5
Chain Blast - Untyped ranged attack with a chance to bind all enemies
Supernova - Powerful untyped attack to all enemies
Hygeia's Bowl - Revives, unbinds, and fully heals all allies
All-Out Attack - All 5 allies attack and stun 1 enemy
Determination - All allies get a chance to endure lethal blows for 1 turn; blocks binds and ailments
Zeus Wrath - 5 powerful Volt attacks to random enemies CLASS SKILLS
In addition to BURST SKILLS, every class has a list of CLASS SKILLS they can take once they meet the minimum level requirement. Most have effects in the field or affect stats. (Blank)'s Gift - May restore a small amount of TP when using a Master Skill

Anatomy - Increases enemy drop rate; slightly increases INT
Anatta Barrier - Slightly increase resistance to elemental attacks
Animal Care - Allows tending to animals found in the labyrinth
Bodybuilding - Slightly increases STR and VIT
Brute Strength - Able to move heavy objects; slightly increases STR
Bulwark - Slightly increase cut/stab/bash resistance
Cardio - Slightly increases AGI and LUC
Chop - Increases material yield from chopping
Detect Mana - Find anything magical nearby; slightly increases INT
Fishing - Allows fishing
Focus - May prevent being put to sleep
Forage Skill - Grants a keen eye of your surrounding; slightly increases AGI
Gathering Skill - Increase material yield from all sources
Gourmet - Increases HP/TP recovered from items
Haggle - Decreases shop cost by 5%; slightly increases WIS
Herbology - Increase potentcy of HP recovery items used by this adventurer
Hunting Skill - Allows hunting of beasts found in the labyrinth; slightly increases STR.
Imbue - Boosts damage dealt by items; slightly increases LUC
Mine - Increases material yield from mining
Night Vision - Lets you see in the dark and slightly increase accuracy
Nimble Arts - Slightly increase resistance to binds
Precaution - Increase chance of preemptive strike; slightly increases WIS
Reflexes - Avoid tough spots; slightly increase evasion
Resilience - Slightly increases resistance to status ailments
Sorting Skill - Increase inventory space by 5; slightly increases VIT
Take - Increases material yield from taking
Talent - Slightly increases INT and WIS
Third Eye - May prevent being blinded; slightly increases AGI

FARMER SKILLS
