Alright, guys.
So here's the plan. I'm going to call in the staff members first so that they see this because it concerns them the most. Kinda.

Alright, now that I have you all here, I'm gonna explain this new idea to you all. Basically, I want to make a game where we can all be the GM and the players at the same time! The reason for that is...every staff member moderates this game. How's that work, you ask? Well, because this game follows a system with strict rules. A battle system with all the rules spread out, locations with monster encounter lists, quests created beforehand, and so on. But it would get boring if everyone just went on a generic adventure, so I suggest we give players of the game some power too.
I think we should let them create their own stories in a sandbox fashion where we have a world, but they're free to do what they like in it. For example, you can play as a hero knight that's gonna slay an evil dark king and make that your main story, but that might just be something you're doing. Someone else might be looking for a super secret hidden treasure on an island elsewhere. You get it, right? It's like I've mixed together Vitcon games and traditional RP together to create something entirely new and different!
I'm willing to piece together a system, create threads for setting up rules, and maybe put together some basic background stuff, but I really think everyone should work together to put this world together. I think we should all have a say in setting since we're all making characters and stuff with their own stories that affect the game. Basically, I just want to hear what everyone has to say and thinks about the game. Depending on the setting, I think I'll change up the battle and growth systems of characters as well. So let me know what you think and what you want to see.
Keep in mind this thread is for EVERYONE to share their ideas and thoughts about this. Even normal members that aren't staff. I want to know what you have to say about this and what you want to see in this.
