You uppercut Somnis because of reasons then storm off into the parking lot without re-fixing the problems before she even hits the ground.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing!?" You hear Raine running after you.
You look around the parking lot. It's empty, other than an archway-portal. It shows a picture of a mall.

You walk out of the room, noticing that pretty much nothing has really changed. Who's in the cages and who's a caretaker was swapped, pretty much. You could adopt a pet Somnis if you want.
You get to the parking lot. Still empty. Portal's still functional.

Awkward steps out of the portal and bumps into Justice as he's dramatically threatening Somnis, who is wearing a blue apron with the store's name and logo on it.
"Break room? We have a break room?" Somnis asks. "Hey, why didn't I get keys to the break room?" She ducks under the counter a bit. "Are you going to punch me again?"

Awkward lets out a defeated groan, yelling. "Don't think I'm intentionally doing this, okay?! T-This is part of my mission too!"
Now that we've vented, Awkward looks around the shop. Tab leans over the counter. "Excuse me. Do you know a... Mattea? And where she might be?"

Awkward looks around. He can see two separate areas for large pets and small pets and birds deeper in the store. There's also a door out towards a parking lot. You think you can see some other stuff in the far back of the store, but you can't make it out from here.
Tab asks if Somnis has seen Mattea. "No, but if you do find her, let me know! Or any of my friends, really."
Justice asks if Inari's around. Somnis opens her mouth to answer, but she's cut off by a voice rising from back in the store. "-and then some CAT-EARED ASSHOLE threw a weird Y at me and I haven't been able to shut up since."
