A couple is not two. Two is two. Just ask for two, Just.
Let's put in the bad characters. Let's put in the Undo Dog and Nintendo Power.

Undo Dog Moveset
Neutral Special: Composer- The Undo Dog jumps on a rapidly changing instrument from Mario Paint’s composer mode, sending music notes that damage opponents around Undo Dog. Side Special: Gnat Attack- A Mario Paint cursor holding a fly swatter appears and attacks in front of Undo Dog. This attack is unblockable or undodgeable, but can miss. Up Special: Reset Rocket- The Undo Dog rides the Reset Rocket. Works like Diddy Kong’s recovery, but less distance for more power. Down Special: Undo- The Undo Dog hops excitedly and pants for a moment. If the Undo Dog is attacked in this time, he’ll bark at the opponent, “undoing” any damage and instead dealing damage to them. Final Smash: Eraser- The Undo Dog jumps away as the player controls the eraser cursor from Mario Paint, like Snake’s or ZSS’s Final Smash. Erasing opponents deals damage and knockback for 13 seconds before the Undo Dog jumps back into the battle.
Another, boss!

This moveset will take a bit to complete. I'm aiming for a nice Final trophy to truly get back in the groove.

I got it. It took 6 years, but I got it. I'm not even sure if this would be enough for a Final, but I'm done.
Espeon/Umbreon Moveset
Stats: Size: 3/10 Power: 5/10 Weight: 4/10 Jump: 7/10 Fall: 3/10 Speed: 8/10
How they work: While it’s a pair of two, they both count as one character, one and the same, like the duck and dog of Duck Hunt. None of the two are truly in the lead (the Pokémon in front constantly changes with the animations), and attacks and grabs affect both of them. Attacks often involve both of them, meaning they have very few moves with only one opportunity for damage.
Entrance Animation: Wes from Colosseum rides in on his hoverbike with Espeon and Umbreon in the passenger seat, as they jump off while Wes rides off.
Neutral Special: Dark Pulse/Psyshock- Umbreon sends out a ball of dark energy while Espeon sends out a pinkish ball of psychic energy. Umbreon’s energy ball is faster and covers more distance, but deals less damage and is out for less time. Espeon’s energy ball is slower and only goes half the distance, but deals more damage and knockback, as well as remaining out for longer. Dark Pulse travels about 80% of FD. Up Special: Psych Up- Umbreon and Espeon charge up psychic energy while emitting a yellow and white spiral from themselves, then move through the air. Side Special: Pursuit/Quick Attack- The pair dashes through the air, dealing minor damage with good recovery distance and a fair speed. Like Wolf’s recovery, but doesn’t need to be a straight line, farther, weaker, and slower. Down Special: Helping Hand/Assurance- Espeon uses Helping Hand on Umbreon as it uses Assurance. This briefly increases damage and knockback of attacks by 1.5x for about 10 seconds. If the Pokémon take damage during this (they can still be grabbed), the ratio will increase to 2.0x but they still receive the damage and knockback. If used rapidly in succession after the buff ends, it continually lowers by 0.1x until it’s allowed to cool down. Final Smash: Shadow Pokémon- Espeon and Umbreon get corrupted as they release a shadowy aura. Their stats are incredibly heightened, but their only move is Shadow Rush, an incredibly powerful attack forwards. When the transformation is over, Celebi will appear and play the Time Flute, purifying both of the Pokémon.
Jab: Triple Tackle- The pair tackles the opponent 3 times; once by the lead, once by the Pokémon behind, and a last tackle from Umbreon and Espeon in unison. Dash Attack: Tackle- Both of them perform a head bash towards the opponent.
F-Tilt: Feint Attack- Umbreon quickly strikes with dark energy behind the attack. U-Tilt: Swift- Espeon fires stars above. Like Star Bits, but upwards. D-Tilt: Sand Attack- Espeon and Umbreon kick sand at their opponent. 15% chance to trip, applies for both attacks.
F-Smash: Bite/Psychic- Umbreon bites at the opponent (with the huge, purple fangs from the Orre games’ Bite animation) while Espeon follows shortly after with a psychic wave. U-Smash: Last Resort- Umbreon and Espeon headbutt upwards in unison. D-Smash: Toxic- The pair spin around while unleashing poison around themselves. Hits twice, causes the Flower status.
Nair: Spin Cycle- The pair rolls up into two balls and spins quickly in midair. Fair: Return- The pair charges forwards, using Return. Powerful, releases hearts as an animation if it connects. Bair: Cut- The Pokémon behind turns around and scratches. Uair: Snarl- Umbreon shouts upwards. Short range but strong. Dair: Giga Impact- The pair slam downwards with their paws. Meteor Smashes.
Fast Edge Recovery Attack: Light Screen- Espeon uses Light Screen while climbing up. Deals no damage, but massively pushes away enemies. Slow Edge Recovery Attack: Screech- Umbreon screeches while climbing up. Same as above Light Screen, but deals minor damage while pushing opponents away.
Face Down Floor Recovery Attack: The pair throws themselves in opposite directions towards opponents, then regroups. Face Up Floor Recovery Attack: The pair uses condensed versions of Psychock/Dark Pulse while getting up.
Grab: Espeon grabs forwards using psychic energy. Pummel: Umbreon shoulder tackles the opponent. F-Throw: Espeon holds the opponent in front of itself as Umbreon charges into it, using Frustration. B-Throw: Espeon tosses the opponent backwards. Wes rides by and runs the opponent over. U-Throw: Espeon holds the opponent in front of itself and slaps them, sending them upwards. D-Throw: Espeon throws the opponent to the ground as Umbreon bites them.
Taunts: 1- Espeon and Umbreon face and talk to each other, then nod in unison. 2- Umbreon and Espeon focus for a moment. A white ring of energy appears around the pair (the same from Colosseum when a Pokémon is buffed). 3- Espeon summons two wedges of a Poké Snack from XD as both of them down the food quickly.
Kirby Hat: Half Espeon, half Umbreon. Kirby receives both of their tails. Also receives Umbreon’s yellow forehead ring with Espeon’s red gem inside. Item: Snag Machine- Extends grab range. Allows all characters to tether, and perform a grab that reaches far and fast. Stage: Purify Chamber (Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness) Theme Song: Stage Music: Enemy: Shadow Teddiursa Boss: Shadow Lugia Pokéball: Ludicolo
Victory Music: Victory Animations: 1- Look out into the distance as they travel on Wes’s hoverbike. 2- Cuddle while sleeping (like Pikachu’s). 3- Run around Wes playfully as he kneels down to look at the Pokémon. Losing Animation: Blankly stare forwards as Wes faces away behind them while clapping.
