Run around dodging the rockets, and if they home in steer them into each other (if there are multiple) or Robot Santa (if there's only one or there are any left after steering them into each other).

Bandana Dee runs around, as the rockets explode right behind him. He takes some really minor fire damage, but he still avoided the rockets.
Robot Santa calls up his sleigh, jumps in it and starts flying in the sky.

Spear Copter to ascend, then float around with the parasol to dodge attacks while throwing spears.

Bandana Dee charges his spear copter as Robot Santa grabs his machine gun again.
He starts shooting, as Bandana Dee avoids the bullets by ascending. He then slowly floats down with his parasol and lands into the sleigh.
Robot Santa's head turns 180 degree.
"NAUGHTY!!!"

Close the parasol, put the tip of it up against his chin, and then open it in an attempt to knock his head off (or at least push it up a la Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots). Follow it up with a Multithrust Attack.

Bandana Dee closes his parasol, then reopens it, sending the enemy's head off from it's body as it breathe some flames.
Bandana Dee then uses a Multithrust attack, pushing Robot Santa off his sleigh. He falls down and hits the ground hard.
He then regrows a head, but seems to have difficulty standing up.
Robot Santa: "After rebooting, I will punish your naughtiness!"

Bandana Dee uses Moon Drop, dropping off the sleigh.
With the momentum from the fall, he manages to break the enemy's body.
Only his head remains on the ground.
Robot Santa: "I will not be defeated! If I am, Xmas will be ruined!"

Bandana Dee grabs the head and makes it spin in his parasol. He then throws it at the ground as it explodes.
THE MASTER: "BANDANA DEE IS THE WINNER!"
Santa25: "Hey there, you advised me to pick a fighter which didn't use ice. I picked one and wanted to use it against you.
It was fun!"

BD looks confusedly at his opponent (and Mr. Fuzz raises a single eyebrow in the background while similarly questioning what the hell is going on) before getting into a defensive stance himself, holding his parasol out in front as he watches his foe.
