*wag* *wag* (Maybe. Let me try something.) Shoot a crystal beam into the tornado. Maybe there's something controlling it. If we can steal its powers, I bet we could use them against it. Alternatively, we could have Crystal Mage copy the tornado with another tornado spinning the opposite direction to counter it so they cancel out. (Okay so... This wasn't supposed to be relevant, but the tornado is actually made by a monster. There is no target inside it though. Would yout crystal beam copy the tornado by touching it though since it's a monster attack?)

So I guess we'll have to go with Mirror Mage since it can copy just by looking at attacks.

Crystalis shoots a beam at the tornado, but it has no effect...
Mage: "Oh... I guess stopping a tornado is really impossible after all..."
Maya tries to blind the tornado. It doesn't work.

What about Mirror Mage?

(Well, you suggested the move, but fuzz didn't actually do it.
I think it's in Mirror Mage's character to see if things can work out without him doing anything.)

Mimic the tornado in the opposite direction.

(Well, this was supposed to be a "we surrender and do this quest later when we actually have a skill that can make us complete it", but this strategy worked in The Flash so...)
Mirror Mage tries to mimic the tornado and it works. He uses the mimic tornado, which is spinning in the opposite direction into the real tornado and after a while, the two tornadoes cancel themselves.
Wind Mage: "Well... You made that look easy... I don't have much except one Phoenix Cloak..."
---Quest Reward---
+1 Phoenix Cloak for the party
(Note about Phoenix Cloaks: when you receive one, you have until you join another quest to decide who gets it. It can also be an NPC you want to make sure stays alive, since they are probably more likely to die than you.
Note that when you leave for a quest, the Cloak will permanently be owned by the one who possesses it with no possibility of trading.)

(Oh, we only get one for the whole party? Hmm... One one hand, Crystalis generally takes hits more often since he doesn't have the luxury of standing back and making duplicates to fight for him, but at the same time he can heal... That being said, I took the armor ticket so if Nust wants the Phoenix Cloak I would have no problem letting him have it.)

I think I should take the Phoenix Cloak since I'm usually on the front and I'll take any dire hits for Mirror Mage. Plus he's got a bunch of summons as allies.

Crystalis gets the Phoenix Cloak.
Maya: "(Wow... You guys actually stopped a tornado! That's amazing!)"
Wind Mage: "Well, we should go back to the camp now!"

---Hellhound's nest---
Party: Crystalis Maya
Crystalis and Maya exit from the gate where they helped Elliot battle some Hellhounds. There's a yellow path to follow. The two animals could also randomly go into the wilderness.

Let's check the air for the scent of Hellhounds. Crystalis and Maya are both animals after all. And Crystalis is a wolf...crystal...thing?

Crystalis and Maya sniff the aire in search of the Hellhounds. They follow the path and find five normal Hellhounds growling at a merchant on top of a tree.
The scent also comes from a different direction. It feels like there's more Hellhounds that way.
