Julia glances at Tom for a second, as if the phone suddenly became relevant to her.

"Okay...

This sounds reasonable...

Except you left on a vacation without your phone?

Do you have it right now?"

Investigation Team

Raine nods. "Okay." Tab, Morgan, and Raine all head outside for a while.

Fox looks at everyone and seems kind of worried, but he doesn't say anything.

Mattea crosses her arms and tilts her head slightly in thought. "Hmm...since we've got time, maybe we should all do something together. Oh, I know! Halloween is a few weeks away, but it's not too early to make plans, right? Maybe we should all dress up together?"

Laura seems a little surprised. "Dressing up? Isn't that kid stuff? I mean, the candy part anyway."

Lisa shakes her head. "No, I've seen plenty of adults dress up for halloween. It's fun. We don't have to go trick or treating, but we can always have our own little party together."

Lance smiles. "I think something fun and lighthearted like that would be great for us. Especially at a time like this. What do you guys think?"

Morgan and Tab

You both head outside with Raine following. Once out there, Raine looks over at Morgan. "So, what was it you wanted to talk about?"

Julia glances at Tom for a second, as if the phone suddenly became relevant to her. "Okay...This sounds reasonable..."

As you pause for a moment, Somnis cuts in. "Do you know anything about the group we saw?" She has a serious look on her face.

"Hm? What group?"

"We saw a group in the other world. They planted bombs around the volcano and someone attacked us with a special suit on. They were clearly against us and tried so far as to kill us."

Alice looks at Somnis for a moment before shaking her head. "No, I don't know anything about them. I didn't even know anyone else was in the other world with you. I thought it was just us."

With that question out of the way, Julia finishes what she was saying. "You left on a vacation without your phone? Do you have it right now?"

Alice nods. "Yes, I do. I wouldn't be able to text you guys without it. I'd let you look at it, but...my phone is kind of private."

"You answered only half of the question.

You really left on vacation without your phone?

Don't worry, I only have two questions left after this."

Tab... covers his face with one hand and groans.

Tab nods. "It's true. Morgan told me before the mission. Once again, that's great for you, Morgan. Now you can run off to someone other than us when you need to get your 20 daily gallons of tears out for the day."

...Tab scratches the back of his head, blushing slightly. "...Well, no point in hiding what you already know. Yes, Raine asked me out tonight. Well, it was more of a 'confession of mutually held feelings', and I agreed. Oh, I agreed. I-I've never felt so happy before... a-and look, Raine made me this beautiful flower bouquet. As beautiful as the person who made it, I say..." Tab presents the bouquet to Morgan for her to see.

Tab sheepishly nods, holding the bouquet close to him again. "T-Thanks. We'll definitely try to show up. We've got total faith in our friends' abilities to put on a show, and we're here if you need some extra help. So you'd better dazzle us!"

Tab lets out a defeated sigh at the mention of otters...
