Pidgeotto flies up in the air and creates a gust of powerful winds that release sand at Shaymin and Sableye, doing some damage to them. Both Sableye and Shaymin have their accuracy decreased. Pikachu then leaps off of Pidgeotto and into Sableye, smashing an Electro Ball into it. Sableye is knocked back, but suddenly disappears and reappears behind Pidgeotto, trying to hit it. Sableye's attack goes through Pidgeotto though. Shaymin then starts to increase in size, growing stronger.

If it wasn't you two, it probably would have been Danny and Charles. Anyone was allowed to join the colosseum, so even Shade could have possibly been fighting you. It was just a coincidence you both decided to join the same colosseum and fight for an egg.

Pikachu quickly runs in and hits Sableye with an Electro Ball launched from its tail! Pidgeotto then follows its ally's attack with a gust on Shaymin, blowing it backward. It's super effective! Shaymin is still hanging in there though. Sableye goes for a claw swipe at Pidgeotto, but fakes it out and quickly punches the bird back. Shaymin then scatters seeds on Pikachu, causing them to sprout and slowly leech Pikachu's health away. Shaymin is healed from sapping Pikachu's health!

Pikachu starts to dash toward Sableye, attempting to block him from moving, but Sableye disappears and reappears next to Pidgeotto, landing a solid punch on him. Pidgeotto looks like it can't take much more. It uses a Gust attack, damaging both Sableye and Shaymin. Shaymin nearly faints from the attack, but is barely holding on. It creates magical leaves, launching them into both Pikachu and Pidgeotto. Pikachu's health is then drained by Leech Seed and heals Shaymin. Both Pikachu and Sableye seem decently damaged and Pidgeotto and Shaymin look like they're about to faint.

Pikachu charges toward Shaymin, hitting it with a quick attack and launching it at Sableye, but Sableye disappears and reappears behind Pidgeotto, landing a quick claw strike. Both Shaymin and Pidgeotto are knocked out, unable to continue battling. Coilette returns Shaymin, sending out Ivysaur in its place while Carrie returns Pidgeotto and sends out Braixen.

Braixen unleashes a powerful flame charge attack, taking out Ivysaur in one attack before Pikachu launches an Electro Ball into Sableye, knocking it out due to it already being weak from battle. Carrie is the winner!
With the battle over, the owner of the colosseum and island walks out into the stadium to Carrie. It's the fancy guy with the suit that Coilette battled earlier. "Congratulations! That was a well fought battle. And as the winner of this contest, you'll receive this Pokemon Egg."
A woman, also wearing a fancy dress, comes walking out, carrying an egg. She hands it over to you. "Take good care of it."
Leon then turns over to Coilette. "And you fought well too. Here, I think you should have this." He places a Pokeball in her hand. "This is that Growlithe you battled with earlier. I believe you two were meant to be together somehow. He seems to like you. Be nice to this one. He's special." He then turns out to the crowd. "Thank you, everyone! And have a wonderful night!" They all cheer and he walks off with the woman following him.

Coilette releases the Growlithe she obtained, strategizing optimal petting techniques. "Wow, ANOTHER doggie?! This day is great!"
Coilette then remembers Carrie exists again. "Oh, yeah! It's too bad I lost... but it was fun! We should have more battles like this sometime! Oh, weren't we supposed to be doing something though...?"
