Mike's Vitmon uses Catchy Dance and Mike dances along with it. This causes the entire crowd to dance along as well. Mike tries to tornado spin, but it seems that those powers were only temporary. Instead, he performs a normal spin behind his Vitmon before the two pose. The crowd seems to have liked that one quite a bit. As Mike heads backstage, he notices the crowd is still dancing a little. It must be an affect of the skill he used. The performer after him received less points since the crowd was distracted. A while later, the results are revealed and Mike has won! He beat the practice contest! He receives a 1st Place Ribbon and places it away in his inventory. Reporting back to the professor, he receives his rewards for winning the contest. She also asks him what song he'd like a Soul Link for.
Lord Gale's egg hatched while he was asleep in the incubator. It's another Vitmon similar to Mike's. But instead of Cyan, it's Brown. It looks like it's already very close to Lord Gale since he was with it when it hatched.

Nobody else is inside of your private incubator right now. In fact, the only ones with incubator access are professors and those you invite in. It might be a good idea to name your Vitmon.

Umm looks at the bracelet confused. So umm teach do I just wear the bracelet and then go beat up some boars. (Carla asked while rubbing the back of her head)

Mike receives the Dunked On Soul Link. It contains three skills to choose from to give to his Vitmon.
Super Jump: The user leaps up high in the air
Slam Dunk: The user performs a slam dunk on the target
Airhorn: The user pulls out an airhorn and plays it multiple times
It looks like this Soul Link could also be used to train your Vitmon or to change its incubator environment.
Gale
Gale exits the incubator room with Gunther. It looks like right now his best choice would be to take on the Demonboar hunting practice mission.
Carla
Carla runs off to the Airship Landing with her bracelet.

Gale accepts the mission and heads off over to the Airship Landing to depart.

Mike uses his Soul Link to teach the Super Jump ability to his Vitmon. Consuming the Soul Link gem, the Vitmon happily bounces around and jumps up high in the air before landing safely on the ground. It looks a little bouncier than before. Shinier, even. This little Vitmon still needs a name too...would you like to give it one now?

(Fun fact: the Rix he is refering too is actually a different Rix. This is a different Mike too. But thats irrelevant to this game)

Mike looks around the school. It looks like he has a few options of what to do. He can go see what he can buy with his Credits at the shop, take on a new assignment, or just go out to one of the accessible areas to create more Soul Links.

Carla returns to the school and reports her mission to Professor Lilliana. "Well done. An interesting way of dealing with the boars as well. I like it. Alright, here is your reward." Carla receives 1 Trainer Point! Carla's Tuner Bracelet flashes as well before releasing out a small gem. It's the Soul Link. She received the Soul Link of the song she used. With this, she can teach her Vitmon a new skill, train her Vitmon, or change the environment of her Vitmon's incubator. "If you'd like a new assignment, I have two ready. Make sure you use your Soul Links well also. It's important that you continue to develop your Vitmon so it can become stronger."
