I would like another assignment but could I check out the incubator first? Kinda wanna see if the little guy or gal hatched yet.

Carla enters the incubator and immediately sees a broken egg shell. A Vitmon just like Mike's is standing there. It's dark blue instead of Cyan, however. The blob-like creature's squishy membrane protects the gelatinous, blue substance inside. It has two cute, small eyes. It wanders around the area and inspects everything curiously. Maybe you should name it.

"Aww your way too cute?" Carla said snuggling the newly hatched Vitmon. "Now to think of a perfect name for you, I got it," Carla said looking at the baby Vitmon. "From now on I shall call you Sephiroth," Carla said as she hugged her new partner.

Squishy Sephiroth seems to like its name. It shall strike fear into the hearts of its opponents! Sephiroth looks like its excited to start training already. It bounces around excitedly.

Let's take our cute little Squishyroth and go see the professor. Oh and maybe teach it a skill

Which skill would you like to teach Sephiroth? It can learn any one of the temporary skills you earned with your Soul Link.

Gale shows up at the academy and turns in his assignment to Professor Sagitar. "Ah, yes, very well done. I see you're getting used to the Tuner Bracelet already. That is a good sign. Here is your reward." Gale earns 1 Breeder Point! A small gem is released from Gale's Tuner Bracelet. Gale received a Soul Link! He can use it to teach Gunther a skill, train Gunther, or change the environment of his incubator.

"Of course. To start, let's go over skills. Skills not only will give your Vitmon more abilities, but will change it as well. For example, teaching it a biting skill will give it sharp teeth. This will affect how it grows and changes. Next, the Soul Link can be changed into temporary training equipment using our technology. It breaks after use, but is more effective than normal training. Finally, the Soul Link can change the environment. Changing environments will often affect a Vitmon's element the most. It can also have affects on how they move around though. For example, gaining wings in a cloud incubator."

It actually changes depending on the Soul Link type. So with this one, probably something clock related.
