Hope Guild Base

Jonathan

"Hey, wake up. Jonathan. Geez, it's not like you to sleep in like this. Don't you remember what day it is?" Jonathan wakes up to the feeling of someone shaking his shoulder. The room he's in...this is his home. The same one he's had since the day he joined Storm. That was long ago though. It feels like nothing has changed in this room. Well, except maybe Gerand. He's the one that woke Jonathan up. He's a lot different from when he first joined. He's no longer the weak and scared Conductor from before. He's become a skilled thief-like fighter. He wears a green shirt with one of the long sleeves torn off, likely from a battle at some point. He still wears brown pants and boots, but the new, brown leather gloves he has seems to complete his look a bit further. He also recently got a green bandanna that he wears on his head. "It's the day where we name new Conductors. They'll be getting their first Note Beasts today. As a leader of the Hope Guild, it's your job to be there. After all, Mars and Rachel aren't here today. They went to help out Lawrence, yeah? And we wouldn't want B-Ball Mage to conduct the ceremony on his own. Could you imagine the chaos? Well, good luck with the ceremony. Id love to watch, but I've got patrol duty today. Oh, and...good luck waking up Frostoise. I swear, you're the only one that can even manage to do that." Gerand smiles and heads out the door with his two cloud Note Beasts following behind. Jonathan is left in his room with the snoring of Frostoise to keep him company. It looks like Seraphoid just stayed up the entire night since he doesn't need sleep.

B-Ball Mage
"Are you awake? Hello?" You feel someone poking your side. It's some sort of Beastman. He wears black and blue armor and two large, flaming horns are on his head. You notice he's got large claws for hands as well. There's also a long, scaly, black tail. A few scales can be seen on his face in a certain pattern as well. "Today is the day that you welcome the new members of the guild. You remember that, right? Well, I was told to come get you by Gerand. It looks like you'll need to go help with the ceremony." He stands there, watching you and waiting for you to get up out of bed.

Varon
You ride on a large wagon full of other people in a long line of wagons, heading toward the Hope Guild Base. Both aspiring Conductors and Beastmen like yourself are here. As you ride along, the base comes into view and you can see it better. It looks like a small little town of its own. A wall surrounds it, but inside you can see homes made from wood, built both on the ground and in the treetops. This is the largest town since the Symphony Summoning happened. Varon goes over the people in the caravan once more with his eyes. Most of them appear to be much younger than him. It's a little awkward, but nobody really seems to notice his age since he's a Beastman. The people sitting with him include a bored looking young man with half his body a strange shadow. The eye on the shadowy side of his face appears monstrous and glows red and the hand on that side is a large claw. The part of him not covered in shadow looks like any normal man you'd see. He wears simple, soldier armor and has black hair with blue eyes. A shy girl looks down, avoiding eye contact with anyone. She looks very young to be here. She also doesn't appear to be a Beastman. She wears a white and red kimono and has long, brown hair worn up in a special kind of ponytail. She is frowning quite a bit. You can tell she's upset about something. Finally, there's a spacey looking boy. He's got a lance by his side and appears to be lost in thought. He's got short, blond hair and blue eyes. He wears a blue scarf with a simple, gray shirt and a green jacket of some kind. Other than that, he's also wearing jeans and sneakers. You're unsure that he's noticed anybody here. Or if he even has a clue what's going on. He just stares blankly at the guild base.
