(Put Melody back ontop please, it bothers me.)
Diana's not... here. And there's no other doors in this room... But maybe...
Melody gulps. She will cautiously appraoch and step into her grave, searching for a swtich of anything of the like...
Diana will shoot a Spiral Stream all around the room, then fly out the door.

Melody steps onto the grave. It's not open or anything, it's already been filled in. The dirt feels loose compared to the everywhere else. Nothing happens. "Y'know, this is supposed to be more symbolic than anything. Unsettle you and all that? But if you really want, I could summon a zombie Melody for you to fight?" the voice offers. Diana blows a jet of water around the room for some reason. It disturbs some of the furniture and makes a bit of a mess. Then she busts through the door.
She finds herself in a small library. There's a wall of books on one side, to her right. In the corner on her left, a pair of cushy armchairs are seated by a small fireplace. The far wall is lined with windows. One is cracked open slightly. There's a table in the far-left corner; it holds a rolled up parchment and a note. "For Diana" is written in big, bold letters on top of the note. The left wall contains another door. There's a loud, booming noise that rings throughout the house. Melody can tell it's coming from towards the chapel, and assumes it's the massive organ. Diana can tell the noise is coming from a room almost directly beneath this library.

"Maybe... some other time..."
Melody carefully retreats back to the main Hall. She'll test fire an arrow at the staris, careful to steer clear of them or anything suspect in the process.
Once things look safe, Melody will proceed with caution to the second floor.

Melody declines his offer.
"Are you sure? It's no trouble at all!" A hand bursts out of the ground and grabs Melody's foot. She kicks it off and hastily retreats to the main hall.
Melody fires an arrow at the stairs. Nothing happens. She cautiously begins to advance to the second floor. She hugs the railing, carefully tiptoeing upwards, bow at the ready. About halfway way up the stairs, as she shifts her weight to the next step she hears a loud "clack." The stairs snap down, folding into a makeshift slide. Melody drops to her knees and begins slipping. A hole opens up at the bottom. With a thunderous crash, a giant stone boulder lands on the top of the stairs and begins rolling down. Once again, she's only going to have a split-second to think.
The boulder's spherical, and she was hugging the wall, and there are plenty of banisters to grab. The pit's much smaller than the boulder, so maybe dropping in would let her avoid it. From what little she can see of the room below, it looks empty. At least this room is definitely not on fire... The pit's also small enough she could probably reclaim her footing as she slides and jump it, but she'd still have that boulder to deal with. She might not be able to leap the gap and jump out of the way of the boulder. (Anything for Diana? Because - small hint - she can actually help Melody out quite a bit.)

K. All that stuff still happens, but it could be relevant for resolving it.

Diana will fly grab the note, and fly through the door, and shoot streams through the hallway.
Melody will fall into the pit, and use and arrow to grip against the pit's inner wall in case there's something nasty st the bottom.

Melody lets herself slide as she pulls out an arrow. She let herself fall into the pit. The boulder goes crashing by overhead as she falls through. She safely avoided dying, at least. She stabs the arrow into the trapdoor to arrest her fall. It doesn't work very well, but it slows her down a bit. Which is good, because it lets her see a small line of broken glass at the bottom, exactly where she's going to land. Melody has just enough extra time to shift her weight, using the trapdoor and arrow to correct her fall. She lands mere inches away from the second trap. There's enough space in the room to walk around the glass without difficulty.
The room itself is made of stone walls and an icy-cold cement floor. It's lit by several torches. There are doors leading out in all four directions. Diana flies through the library, grabbing the note and blasting her way into the next room. She finds herself in a small bedroom. There's a pair of rickety, ancient-looking beds in the corners to her left, though one's been made up with fresh sheets. A pair of nightstands sit between them. A pair of thick, leather gloves sits on one. A rocking chair is in another corner, and a dresser in the other.
Diana reads the note. "For Diana: A map of the 2nd floor." It's probably referring to that rolled-up parchment she left on the table beside that cracked window. "Only Melody will be able to open it, so you will need to find a way to pass it to her. It will cost her one of her revivals to do so."

Diana gives a hmph. She'll Return to the previous room, grab the map, then shoot Spiral Streams at tbe floor in an attempt to break it open.
Melody will cautiously approach the door a medium distance away from her, wary of traps and tricks.

Which door? North, east, south, or west?
The flaming pit is 2 tiles west. The chute dropped off one tile each south and east, but you don't know what the room was.
