Natsumi joins Carbunkle in skating while she keeps advising. She has Oiya focus on making small, quick chains to drop greys and disrupt Arle's setup rather than going for a kill.
Barfy mixes up his attacks.

Natsumi skates around while directing her allies. Oiya does a good job of keeping Arle hindered by making mini chains and having Barfy fire weak magic attacks at Arle. The gray puyos keep things from advancing too quickly and another switch soon comes across. Carbuncle falls over, but continues to slide across the ice anyway.
Dana and the tetriminos fall back down and the puyos fly up. Natsumi has a bit of a mess of a tetris tower since she tried to make multiple quick clears last time. Arle seems to have a smaller, neater stack.

Natsumi focuses on cleaning up for now, clearing away a few lines at a time while Arle seems to be gathering up a larger tower. While Natsumi's tower shrinks, Arle's seems to grow. Instead of one singular line opening, it looks like she's left two blocks worth of a gap. The two work like this for a short while until the swap activates again.
The tetriminos fly up in the air and the puyos fall down. Things seem to be about the same as before. Natsumi has a few puyos lying around and Arle's got a bunch of them with gray puyos blocking out some of her chains. Natsumi will have to work quickly if she wants to keep her lead.

Natty will start setting up a longer chain. Barfy will spit water at Arle.

Natsumi starts setting up a longer chain while Arle clears away some of the gray puyos. Barfy spits some water at Arle and Carbuncle licks Barfy.
The puyos fly up into the air as the tetriminos drop back down with Dana on top of Arle's tower still.

"Hiiii again!" Dana calls. "Ugh... I'm starting to feel sick..."
Natty's staying on the defensive for this mode. Dana and Barfy are going to keep being as much of a nuisance as possible while Oiya does the heavy lifting.

Natsumi tries her best to play defensively, waiting for Arle to start attacking before using a tetris to try and block. However, Arle continually drops multiple tetriminos in the same space, gathering up a large combo! "Mind Blast!" Natsumi suddenly has a terrible headache. "Judgement!" A powerful blast of magic hits Natsumi, knocking her back. Multiple gray blocks pop up from underneath the tower, causing it to grow to a dangerous size. However, the swap soon activates as the tetriminos fly up and the puyos fall back down.
Natsumi has the perfect setup for a huge chain! Arle still seems to be a little hindered by the gray puyos from before, still cleaning up a bit.

No sense delaying. Keep up the pressure with a full-open chain before she can regain her balance.

...All being Natsumi's only offensive move, Basic Attack.

Natsumi activates the mega chain, suddenly becoming surrounded in massive magic energy. She swings her brush at Arle, expecting nothing to happen, but to her surprise, she actually seems to be casting spells! "Fuujin's Gale!" A powerful burst of wind hits Arle. "Raijin's Bolt!" A bolt of lightning drops down and hits Arle. "Kagutsuchi's Flare!" A burst of fire appears around Arle. "Suijin's Geyser!" A geyser blasts up beneath Arle and launches her in the air. "Ishikoredome's Hammer!" A giant hammer slams Arle back down. "Amaterasu's Light!" A bright flash of light emits around Arle. "B-B-BRUSH ATTACK!" Natsumi bops Arle on the head with her brush.
Multiple gray puyos drop down from above and cover Arle, causing her puyo stacks to fall on her as well. "Oh no..."
"Gu gu..."
Arle and Carbuncle are defeated!
Mission Complete!
Coins rain down from the sky.
Continue?

The coins float back up into the sky as the area suddenly begins to shift. The sky turns purple and the clouds twist around. The grass and the trees disappear as only spiraling, rock pathways remain. You notice a single figure remains, standing a short distance away from you. "Hey. Looks like you've been having fun, but it's about time I kick you out of this dream. Are you ready?" You notice puyos begin floating in from the distance. Ex seems to be controlling them and placing them down quickly. What is this power he's using...? Could it be...quick drop!? |

"Yeah? Well your pants are stupid." Natsumi's going to start setting up one big chain on one side and using the other to drop a smaller chain every few waves.
Barfy will shoot him with a Zap Bolt.
Dana will hit him with a hammer.
