B-Ball Mage will first examine the bodies of the enemies to see if there's any useful materials to be grabbed. Then move along with the group to keep searching further.

"O-Oh...We have to take them...apart...?" Erika seems a bit uncomfortable. As you head down the path, Leafet suddenly stands up straight and lets out a squeak. Monkey-like creatures come down from above and block the path forward. They look like baboons wearing leafy tribal masks and carrying spears.

(Oh, I had a better idea for battle themes than just throwing whatever I had lying around up.)
You continue onwards in the direction you were headed last. You soon find yourself coming across a group of odd looking plants, however. Flower bushes it seems. These flowers might be usable as materials. But you should be careful of the thorns...

"Sometimes, although occasionally you can just take skome of their own equipment. These spears seem decent enough, and we might be able to repurpose those masks."

Slam stays far away from the bushes out of fear of being deflated by the thorns. B-Ball Mage checks the perimeter while this occurs, but mostly watches Tulip out of curiosity.

Tulip checks out the flowers, getting close enough to inspect them while B-Ball Mage checks the perimeter. While Tulip looks at the flowers, they suddenly start to move! It's an enemy ambush! Tulip is snared within one of the enemy's thorned vines, taking damage from the attack. The other two enemy flowers whip Elegra and Melody, damaging them as well.

Jonathan and Frostoise perform a Frozen Claw and Lash combo on the first monkey, taking it down easily with their past experience in battle. Varon throws a feather into another enemy monkey, damaging it. Erika shakes slightly, but holds a firm grip on her chain swords, spinning around with them to attack the monkey Varon tossed a feather at. Leafet finishes it off by throwing a leaf into it. The surviving monkey leaps at Jonathan, stabbing him with its spear. "...! Are you okay...?"

B-Ball Mage Dribbles and tosses his ball at the Tanglerose with Tulip, then Slam follows with a Dunk on the same one.
