I. Become a jewelry-seller person. Assuming there's prices listed near the jewelry. Otherwise A.

So uh...what are you doing?

You pick up the close sign and place it on the door. There. Now it's closed.

A. Take the close sign
B. Lock the door
C. Steal some jewelry
D. Go upstairs
E. Go outside
F. Save
G. Load

B lock the door then tell Jenn mom that we locked up and place the closing sign.

You decide to lock the door. Hopefully that will keep any thieves or anything out. Not that you expect there would be any, but safety first. You then head upstairs and into the kitchen. "Excuse me, Jennifer. But I closed up shop for you downstairs. I made sure to lock the door and everything too."

"Thank you. I'm surprised I forgot! That's unlike me! I must have just been so focused on my surprise guest I didn't pay any attention to it. It would have been bad if I forgot! Let me thank you with something nice to eat." She brings you a plate of pasta and the two of you sit at the table together to eat. "So why don't you tell me a little bit about yourself since you're staying with me for a short while? I want to make sure you're very comfortable here."

A. "It is already very comfortable here. Thank you for everything."
B. "I saw you have a lot of mystery books. I enjoy those too."
C. "I'm a very skilled magician and cards player."
D. "Would you mind if I helped you with the shop tomorrow?"
E. "It's a little boring around here..."
F. "My hobbies include smoking, drinking, and passing out in the street."
G. "There hasn't been enough murder for my tastes."
H. "Could you teach me how to knit?"
I. "...You most be lonely here."
J. "You talk about your son a lot. What happened to him?"
K. "I don't have anywhere to stay. Would you mind if I stay here for a while?"
L. "My phone is broken. Do you know anyone that can fix it?"

All this

"It is already comfortable here. Thank you for everything. But I guess saying that doesn't tell you much about me. I'm a skilled magician and cards player."

"Oh, how interesting. You must be in the entertainment business then?"

"I might be. I don't remember anything though." You then look around a bit. "...You must be lonely here. I don't have anywhere to stay. Would you mind if I stayed her for a while?"

"Hm? You don't have anywhere to stay?"

"No, I don't have any family or a home. I don't have money to pay rent, but I can work for you in the store in exchange for staying here, if that's alright."

She smiles. "You can stay here as long as you may need. I couldn't possibly leave you back out on the streets again, cold and alone. It was terrible to watch. I guess I could sympathize with your position fairly well. Having nobody there for you..."

A. "You've got me."
B. "You have your son."
