Markus was also there "oh...wow... so if its type is a combination of them then it is a Water Dragon and Psychic type Dark types, Ghost types, Dragon types, and fairy types will do well."

Cinder motions for Markus to follow him, returning to their base and relaying everything told to them by Team Trio to the rest of the group.
"...Unfortunately, this means that distracting them while sneaking Werp out isn't an option. Worse still, it may not be possible to save Werp considering that every time a Shadow Pokemon is defeated they dissolve, so there may not be anything left of him."
Cinder is visit distraught, but takes a moment to compose him
On another note, we definitely need to be careful with the Shadow Gem if others can become Shadow Pokemon. We'll need to study it and Shadow Pokemon alike if we want to find a way to better combat and even neutralize them. Tomorrow I'll see if there are any scientists around here who can help me study the Shadow Gem, but studying a Shadow Pokemon is going to be tougher. An autopsy could probably tell us a lot, but again, that's not exactly an option."

"Wellll...I'm pretty tired. Let's hit the hay and get back to this tomorrow when we're rested up. I'm sure then we can come up with something." Char heads off to his room. Everyone else is pretty exhausted from the battles today and heads off to sleep as well. Later that night...
A mysterious Pokemon appears in the Team Rising Sun room. In their meeting room, the mysterious Pokemon walks over to the Shadow Gem. "...Well done. The first of many, I hope. Good luck on your journey, young humans." The Pokemon picks up the Shadow Gem and disappears...
The next morning, everyone wakes up as usual. It's another big day. The Job Board is full of new jobs and the other guilds are already getting ready to explore. Markus finds that for some reason, the egg he went to sleep with is no longer hard, but rather blubbery and soft. It's squishy too. Wait, this isn't an egg! It's a Spheal! Markus' egg must have hatched last night! While trying to think of a name for the Pokemon, he hears someone yell out from in the meeting room. "Guys! The Shadow Gem is gone! Where did it go...!?" Char is panicking, having noticed the egg disappeared.

Cinder panics right alongside Char.
"Oh, crud, that was our best lead on learning more about the Shadow Pokemon! Worse yet, we know that normal pokemon can be turned into Shadow Pokemon, so what if who ever stole it has nefarious plans?"
Cinder composes himself for a moment.
"Alright, we should go look for any clues on who stole it. Meanwhile, without the Shadow Gem we'll definitely need someone to somehow capture a live Shadow Pokemon. Maybe we can do some tests with skin cells or hairs to learn more about them. In any case, we need one team to that while everyone else investigates. Does anyone want to be in any particular group?"

Snorx wakes up, then notices the baby Spheal.
Snorx: "Hi can me hold you?"
Snorx opens his hand, waiting to see if the spheal will come towards him.
Vereor seems confident and approaches Cinder
Vereor: "I think capturing a Shadow Pokemon would be a relly important task. I am willing to take on it if you let me!"

Markus looks at Vereor "If shadow pokemon dissapear. Then it is likely that those gems disappear too. Oh i did not find any info on those gems)
