Ella rushes towards the tower and has her guns ready to go.

Papa Bills tries to keep up with Ella despite her eagerness and superior physical conditioning. "Ey baby, whatchoo even got planned for us? I'm not the smartest or most educated man, but I get the feeling we're gonna need more than guns blasting. Those names back there sounded Chinese, or Japanese or some shii. What if they can deflect bullets like in them kung fu movies? Like in wu tang typea shit!" Papa obviously wanted to be around the girl, since that's what he's used to being surrounded by, but this one wasn't exactly like his hos back home. Still, he was ready, and worried that there might be additional wolves or other ambushes. |

Brad, Isaac, Dana, Ella, Papa Bills
Dana slips out of her shoes and flops onto the ground nearby, pulling away from the mud quickly. One of the foxes leaps at her before Brad intercepts it mid air with a flying drop kick, shattering the creature's face as it dissolves away. Isaac freezes another fox and tears its face off, throwing it at the last fox. With its face ripped off, the second fox quickly dissolves away. The other is knocked back, but shakes it off and comes running back toward the group.
Then, suddenly, from the shadows, a woman and basically a pimp come charging through, laying down gunfire on the last fox to take it out.
The five take a moment to breathe. Dana notices her shoes seem to have sunk underneath the mud already. There's no getting those back. The group also notices the strange creature from before seems to have disappeared. It's hard to describe its appearance, but you all felt it fit the description of a Phlerb somehow. You all stick close to Isaac and Dana seeing as they're currently the only ones with sources of light. It's very dark in here. It's a little unsettling. The dark is full of mysteries. You never know what monsters might leap out...
But that's enough of that. Everyone seems to have caught their breath and collected their thoughts. Are you all here for the same objective? It definitely seems like you're all against the monsters in the forest at the least...
Phlerb
You teleport away, deciding to completely avoid the current battle. You are surrounded in darkness and can see nothing. You assume you're still in the forest since you can still hear the rustling tree leaves. You can still see the tower in the distance as well. It's really the only landmark you have from out here. You're uncertain where to go from here. But you do recall that your mission was to collect souls. You momentarily think on the names. Yes...Ryoma and Kaguya. Either of those two would work fine. There was also the promise of a special bonus if you somehow managed both.

Dana sadly watches her shoes disappear. "Well, that sucks. I really liked th- NO WAY!" She gets distracted by the dead ninja frog. She picks up one of his shuriken to examine. "What is this? Some kinda weird ninja fidget spinner? Weird!" She pockets a pair of them, then starts heading back to the entrance. "I'm gonna see if I can break one of the crystals off with my hammer and make it into a lantern!"

With a couple of new toys in your pockets, you head back toward where you first appeared without waiting for anyone.
It takes a short walk, but once you get there, you smack one of the luminous rocks with your hammer. Effective! It breaks off pretty easily into three glowing shards. You gather them up and carry them in your arms. It's much easier to see now! These give off better light than your hammer. Of course, once you place it in your pocket, it doesn't really work. Seems you'll have to keep one in your hand if you want to see at all. Luckily, you have three! You place two in your pockets and hold onto the one, granting you much better sight in the dark.
Brad
You search the corpse of the toad. It seems Dana already took the shurikens away. All that's left is the blowgun with the presumably poisonous darts (that you don't actually know are poisonous or not) and the clothes on his back.

Dana sees if she can braid the crystal into her hair. Like those weird deep-sea fish with the lantern heads! Angel... Ambler... Something like that.

You manage to make a horrible mess of decorate your hair with the luminous stone. By taking all your hair and wrapping it around the stone and securing it with a hairband. Stylish. If you're trying to look like a bird's nesting a glowing egg on your head. Anyway, it seems effective enough for allowing light without busying one of your hands.

Brad takes the blow pipe and the darts for later. They might actually be useful, and if he knows anything, its that if it could be useful, it will be useful. He quickly catches up with Dana and the rest of the group.

Dana puts her hands on her hips and smiles. She's very proud of herself since she can't see how ridiculous she looks. She heads back to find the others, toying with the other two crystals.

Hmm so do you think we should head towards the tower. Hmm I kinda of don't want to mill around here more then I have too.
She looks towards Dana. Would you be willing to make a trade for one of those glowing stones Ms. I only have these hand guns and this sword around my back.

Isaac looks around, as he is surrounded by people. It's new to him for crisis like this. He had a partner in the last necromorph invasion, but not four of them.
"All I know is that these guys are not unitologists... Which is good news for me, but bad news for you. It means we're all targets here. Now, for if the tower is where we want to go..."
Isaac uses his RIG and look to see if the digital line goes towards the tower.
