You arrive at your house, followed closely by Laura who doesn't seem to be having any trouble hauling the small mountain of groceries you assigned to her. She looks around as you get closer. "So it's around here, right? Which one's your place?"


Nora, Tai

"So that means I win, right?" Natsumi asks. She giggles and puts her cards back on the deck, then clap her hands together. "Yay! So, you all have to take something off, but I don't get to pick anyone, right? I was kinda worried, since I'm sorta at a disadvantage." Natsumi glances at everone's outfits and seems to be doing a quick count. "Tai's still winning, though..."

"We'll fix that soon enough," Mattea promises. She looks to Nora. "It's supposed to be a way to allow folding without making it the best move always, but if you want to think of it as incentive to lose..." She continues as she unlaces one of her sandals. "Normal strip poker's so dull without all the folding and strategy and whatnot. Just an excuse to get naked. If all I wanted was to strip for you all, I wouldn't need to use some card game to do it." She glances over to Tai and smiles as she sets the shoe aside. "Getting excited yet, Tai?"

Alice rolls her eyes as she starts pulling off one of her high heels. She stops and looks to Nora. "I see... Sacrifice a piece to claim three. Simplifying it to a 50-50 chance to win, definitely the smarter move. Still..." She pauses, then slips back into her shoe. "Sometimes the smart move isn't the right one." Alice stands up and starts pulling her dress off. It causes her some trouble, and Mattea's quick to lend her a hand. While Mattea folds the garment and places it gently to the side, you get a good look at Alice's injuries. Most of them have healed, much faster than expected based on how they looked last you saw her like this. She only has a few bandages helping to cover her this time. She reclaims her seat beside Nora and stares at Natsumi. "Your hand was garbage, wasn't it."

Natsumi innocently smiles back. "Maaaaaybe. Or maybe not. No one's e-e-e-ever gonna know." She picks the deck up, collects everyone's cards, shuffles, and starts dealing the next hand."

Tai, Nora

The next round of cards gets dealt.  Natsumi swaps two, then giggles more.

Alice bites her lip, shakes her head, and puts her hand down.  "Fold."

Mattea frowns, deep in though, then swaps a card.  She sighs.  "Not great, but I think it's enough for calling your bluff."

Tai swaps two, then quietly folds.

Nora reveals a pair of 10's.

Mattea grins at her and shows her hand.  "Two-o-o-o pair!" with 6's and jacks.

Natsumi puts her hand down forcefully.  "Fluuuuuush!"  Five different clubs.  "I win."  She smiles and looks between the other two a few times.  "Hmmmm, let's see, who's stripping...?  I pi-i-i-i-ick...  Nora!"

Mattea smirks at Nora.  "Wow.  I'm starting to think Alice was wrong about who the biggest threat is.  Maybe it's time we work together a bit."

The next hands go out.  Alice switches two cards, shakes her head, and folds.  Mattea swaps three, drums her fingers, and stares at everyone else for a moment.  She lets out a fold, then sighs.  Natsumi draws her cards and sets them out face-down in front of her.  She doesn't look at them or trade any of them out, just sits and smiles.

"Oh, is that how you're going to play now?" Mattea asks her.

"Well, until someone manages to get one of my shoes off at least!" Natsumi says.  "I wanna lose some, tooooo."

Tai, Nora

Tai and Nora swap cards, both deciding to stay in.  The hands are flipped, and despite his blank poker face, Tai has nothing.  Nora has two pair.  Natsumi starts flipping her cards one by one, revealing that she also has two pair.  After a moment of consideration, everyone realizes that Nora's aces and 6's beat Natsumi's jacks and 7's.

Nora looks between Tai and Natsumi, then settles on Natsumi with a grin. "Well dear, guess your wish came true. It's your turn to take something off."

Natsumi giggles more.  "Nah, you can take it off."  She holds her shoe out to Nora and shakes her foot impatiently.  "Heeeere ya go."

Mattea laughs.  "And here I was worried you'd be the bashful one."

Tai, Nora

Natsumi sticks her tongue out at Tai, and the next round starts.

Mattea swaps two, then folds.

Alice swaps two and smiles.  "Finally."

Natsumi thinks quietly for a minute, then smiles and announces she's staying in.

Tai and Nora both make their trades.  Nora drops out, while Tai stays in.  The hands come out, and Tai reveals a pair.  Alice smirks as she announces two pair.  Natsumi smiles back, then says she has the same.  Alice reveals aces, beating Natsumi's 7's.

"Hm.  Tai or Natsumi..." Alice says.  "Sorry, Natsumi.  Nothing personal."

Natsumi obliges with her other shoe.  "Hmmmm, I went from tied for first to tied for last in two rounds...  Guess I should start taking this more seriously?"  She takes another sip and giggles.  "Nah."

Tai, Nora

The next hand goes out.  Nora can't hide a smile as she switches out her cards, then a small look of disappointment as she folds.  Mattea takes a look at her hand, looks disappointed, swaps, and doesn't look any happier as she folds.  Alice makes her swaps, then taps her fingers together in thought.  A smile spreads across her face as she sets her eyes on Natsumi.  "I fold," she announces, setting her hand down.

Natsumi looks around, then grins.  "Fo-o-o-o-old!" she cheers, already unbuttoning her blouse.

Mattea takes off her other sandal with a small frown.

Alice, on the other hand, smirks at Nora while she sets her shoe aside.
