"Okay then have fun, need anything text or call me,". Morgan replies

Morgan will approach the blue hair lady and ask if she needs any help.

Morgan

"Help?  Help me?  Oh!  No, thanks.  I'm fine!" she says cheerfully.  "I'm just wandering around and exploring since I'm new.  This is really different from the mall I'm used to!"


Arcadia

"Steal?  No, I just... sorta lost my notebook.  Left it behind in class and - huh.  I guess someone did steal it since it was gone when I came back.  Wow, what a dick.  I even had my name on it!"


Tai

"But I don't know how to- OK, right, fine.  You're the pro," Jimmy says with a nod.  He strolls over and casually joins into the game against her.

She looks at him like he insulted her as he flips through the character select screen, then picks the most tough-looking cast member, while Viola takes a cute ninja girl.  The fight starts.  Jimmy looks down at the controls as he fiddles for a few seconds.  Viola keeps her character still as he does the testing.  Jimmy walks in and throws a punch.  Viola guards, counters with a throw, kicks him as he recovers, chains to a special, punch-punch-kick, catches him off a wallbounce into launcher to air combo, each blow accentuated with a clack-clack-clack of her hammering the controls as she systematically demolishes him in one long string.

"Ha...?" Jimmy is incredulous.

"G-good game..." she mutters.  She turns to run off.

He grabs her wrist.  "W-wait!"

"Aaaah......" she freezes, staring at his hand with a whimpered whine.

"Sorry..."  Jimmy lets her go.  "But how did you do that?"

"Predictable...  Y-you.  Predictable."

"...Can...  Can you teach me?" Jimmy asks.

"Nnnnnnnnnnngh..."

"Oh, uh...  My treat, of course."

She flips her hood up.  "NnnnnnnnnOKjustashortlessonbutpleasestoplookingatmesomuch."

She and Jimmy start up another game.

Tai... is also there.

Perfect... Just gotta take an interest in her interests...


Tai smirks to himself as he watches Jimmy's lesson. He takes a mental note to get better so he can whoop Vivienne's ass later. At the gun game at least.


While he waits, he decides to scavenge for leftover quarters around the arcade, figuring it might take a bit.

Morgan

"Your right about that, so what were the malls like where your from,". "Then again where are you from?". "Are you from this town? Different state? Country?" Morgan is just rattling off at this point.

Ms. Floofytail pokes her head out of Morgan's bag and then sees the new girl. Ms. Floofytail being curious about the new girl goes over to her and begins to meow to her.

"Yeah I could tell..." Tai looks at him closely, disappointed with his scavenging.


"Well, it's a start. You sure picked a hard one, though. That girl is a damn shy one. But, as proven, it can be done. Now, I'll help you if you want me to, but you gotta know that this will probably suck ass. Oh, and you should go to the art thing Saturday and snap some picks. I'm going to submit a design... or something."


Tai realizes he doesn't have much time and he doesn't have a lot of ideas. He gives Jimmy a reassuring smirk.

Tai

"Oh, yeah?  You don't have much time left.  I won't keep you any longer.  But damn was I right to come to you for advice.  'Preciate it.  Later, dude."

Jimmy gives you a doofy thumbs-up and heads home.

Jimmy and Tai reached relationship rank 3.

"Just notes.  Annoying, but I'll live.  You wouldn't really kill someone over a notebook, would you?  Seems a bit extreme.  I mean, maybe over one of those fancy trapper things, but just a normal spiral-bound?"
