"I am THE GREAT MAREENA," she answers. "I run a fortune telling shop here in the mall after school. You should come by some time, after they re-open the mall. It's the place up on the third floor."
Mareena holds up three fingers to emphasize the third floor bit... then lowers one. And another. And as she lowers the last...

You once again attempt to retreat to the sanctity of the bench. As you walk away, a loud scream suddenly goes out through the crowd, followed by several other screams. You turn in time to see the mannequin taking a step towards you.
Sam
Suddenly, screaming. This time, everyone but Mareena in the cafe turns to look towards the fountain crowd, confused.
Mareena sips down the last of her coffee, then stands up and walks towards the cafe's kitchen.

Sam wanted to ask more questions to The Great Maureen but she already left. Then the screaming got her attention.
Sam goes towards the fountain to see what the commotion is about.
"Hey Mr. Furry bottoms looks like something interesting is about to happen," Sam tells her trusty (and cuddly) partner.

Alex freezes once again. Her instincts are telling her to 'GET THE FUCK OUT'. she eventually snaps out of it and decides to the most logical thing. Run. and Run she does.
She runs out of the mall. Deciding that she had enough of ghost mannequins for one day and goes home.

Having throughly consumed all the information to be gleamed from the menu Floyd has just managed to work up his courage when he hears the scream. He pops out of his seat and dashes down to the fountain.

You both run out of the cafe, bumping into each other. But no time to worry about that. You reach the edge of the crowd to see several people running away and the crowd parting. Through the gap, you see what appears to be a perfectly normal mannequin... running after someone. And about to pass between the two of you.
A lot of people are definitely panicked. But just as many are taking out their phones and laughing at this obvious prank now that the initial shock has worn off.

You both stick your legs out in an X STRIKE as the thing goes charging past. It flips over the two of you - ow - and the whole creature goes skidding across the floor with a horrible squeaking noise like rubbing two pieces of plastic together. Everyone nearby covers their ears, while anyone outside the pain zone is now laughing at the funny guy in the stupid suit skidding along the ground...
And then the collapsed creature's neck spins 180 degrees to stare at the two of you. Which the crowd loves. And then the joints start to snap and contort. It skitters back towards you on all fours, the joints twisted at angles impossible for a human.
"OK, that's enough of that," one of the mall guards says. He and another guard scoop down and grab the crawling monster and try to haul it to its feet. It lashes out, leaving a deep cut in the guard's chest.
And once again the crowd turns to panic. This time they start running away and screaming. Freya and Zack come running towards you, struggling through the crowd. The monster, now with a wide berth, goes back to clack-clack-clacking towards you at a leisurely jogging pace.

Sam seems more pumped up then scared even though this could be the adrenaline talking.
"Wow I never knew this town had something so interesting,". "Wild robot attacks crowd it's like something outside of a sci fi comic,".
Sam will slowly keep an eye on the thing while slowly backing up. Be prepared for any sudden movement. Also she will have Mr. Furry Bottoms leave her bag and go somewhere safe.

Floyd let's out a weak laugh reflexively "I'm not so sure this is a normal thing even for this town" He says keeping one eye on the mannequin? and the other on the nearest garage can (For hiding in or detaining in we'll just wait and see)

Freya and Zack force their way through the crowd to the guard. The ferret bounds off to somewhere else while the creature keeps creeping forward. Freya looks at you both for a minute, then flashes you a thumbs-up, crouches down, and tosses the injured guard over shoulders. She starts jogging away with Zack helping to keep him balanced.
The mannequin glances at the trio, then goes back to stalking you. It drops to all fours and sprints at you with a sudden burst of speed.

Oh that is some craze, highly sophisticated robot. Did we ruin it when we caused it to trip? Well only thing left to do is prepare ourself.
Look to see if there is anything withing reach to bash it. If not then smash it with my bag/purse if it goes to strike.
Focus on Dodging and counter attacking.

Sam shuffles back as the creature leaps at her. She looks for anything around to smash it with. She finds several small items, but decides the best item for smashing is her purse-bag. She whips it around and smashes the thing in the side of the head while it's in mid-air.
The blow is enough to make it veer off-course and miss the attack, but doesn't seem to do any real damage. The creature recovers almost immediately and looks ready to continue attacking. Fortunately, most of the crowd seems to have evacuated by now.
You both hear a whistle from above. You look up to see a pair of small, white keys spinning towards you.

Sam grabs the Key and well then focuses on the creature. Can't really do anything with a Key but hey it's white and pretty looking.

Floyd catches the key wait a second this looks like his lucky key he rummages through his pockets and pulls out the key he'd been carrying with him since the GREAT MARRENA bestowed it upon him.
