(I spent too much time trying to find a school theme from a videogame, with no success, so for some reasons I picked Excess Express. Don't question it.)

Eventually, everyone sits down. The doors of the school fully open and four individuals come out of it.
The first one is holding her hand forward, as a big table floats in front of her. She looks like she could be in any range of age similar to you three. Definitely a human, she's wearing a smoking with a tie. She's definitely classy. Her black her are attached into a bun. You feel like they would be very long if she let them loose. She moves her hand downwards and the table softly takes place on the ground. She looks at the 13 students, but her attention seems to always stop on the youngest ones of the bunch. She smiles and seems happy to be there.
"Hello everyone, my name is Elliara. I am glad to see that all 13 students safely made it to our school. You have all been chosen for your interesting curiculums. You're the 13 conductors we will train this year. That's right, we only train 13 people a year. I hope you will enjoy this priviledged. We have very small classes. I will teach those of you who are between 8 and 15 years old. Tommy, Frida and Terry, when everyone is done with the presentation, I will ask you to come stand next to me. I'm leaving another teacher to speak to all of you now."
The second teacher looks like he would be in his 30s. Not too old compared to you, but unlike Elliara, he's clearly older than most of the students. He is wearing glasses... The current angle of the sun makes it so you don't see his eyes. He seems to keep his red hair very short, almost shaved. He has a pleasant smile, but seem unusually serious anyway. His attire is less fancy than Elliara. A green shirt with long flowing white pants. Copper boots. He's a human too. He's holding a chest.
"Well, I guess it is my turn. My name is Carlston. I will be the teacher for the 16 to 21 years old... If you're not human and you're not sure about the age equivalence, don't worry. Like Elliara did, we will all call our students so they know who to join after picking their first notes. Now, we're giving you your notes right after the presentations, but note that you won't immediately get your Note Beast. You'll get it soon enough though, definitely today. When everyone will have picked their note, I will ask Melody, Kalvin, Odette and Jessica to come stand next to me.
Carlston starts placing notes on the table, all of different colors. They literally look like notes mad out of energy... It's neat to think you can just grab them, that they are physical.
The third teacher moves forward. She's an adult dwarf... Harder to calculate their age at that point. She looks very serious, maybe even mean. Her brown hair are tucked inside the hood of a farmer-like attire. She has dark brown hair with an intimidating glare. She's smaller than most of you, but you all feel like she could easily beat you up.
"My name is Tina. I'm the teacher for the 22 to 30 years old. I hope you understand how lucky you are to be here. Now, we have 13 notes. Neutral, Water, Fire, Plant, Thunder, Darkness, Light, Cosmic, Poison, Earth, Wind, Ice and Machine. One type for every students. Of course, we have duplicates if two students want the same, but note that it's been a decade since the last time we had to use the duplicates. I hope you fools won't break the tradition. Elegra! Patrick! Gilly! You come next to me when you picked up your note, understood?"
She moves to help Carlston finish placing the notes on the table. The last teacher moves forward. It's an old lady with a thick white bun for her hair. She has pointy hair, indicating she has elf blood, but you can see she's only half-elf. She nods at all 13 of you individually with a shy smile, holding onto her cane. Her croaking voice adresses all of you.
"I am Rita, the elder teacher. Therefore, I will teach the elders amongst you... I don't think I have anything to add to what my colleagues said... Oh... You must wonder about our own Note Beasts... Don't worry, meeting your teacher's best friend will be the first thing you'll do after grabbing your note. Now, Garth, Eurya and Virion will be asked to come with me when they are ready. You can now pick the notes you want everyone!"
It seems like every of the other 10 students struggle to pick their note... That makes it easy for the three of you to get the first choices!
