Tai attempts to subtly intimidate the crowd. It works. Too well. Frenzied whispers start running through the crowd.
"Who's that?"
"What's with the creepy outfit?"
"Oh my God he has a tail and horns..."
"Are we in Hell!?"
"He's got a gun..."
Somnis waves her hands. "Hey, calm down. They're here to h-ah!"
Kiran grabs her ankle and pulls her into the fountain on top of him.
"HEY! I FOUND A WAY OUT! OVER HERE, HURRY!" The crowd turns to see a woman leaning out of a window on the second floor. She's very pretty, dressed in some sort of tube top and wearing a silver circlet. She's pointing to the open store below her. "RUN!"
The crowd starts to flee away from Tai and into the store. The first few people through the door disappear through a portal. The ones behind them start to freakout about this. The woman is fine with that. She leans further out the window, then starts crawling down the wall. Revealing her lower body is a snake. And a fair deal larger than the gorgons from before.
She slams her body down around the door, making a makeshift corral as she starts forcing the rest of the crowd out of the other world. "I know this is hard to believe, but I'm trying to help you so stop struggling and just GO HOME..."
As the last few people are disappearing, she looks at the rest of you. "You should hurry home, too. Not that you aren't welcome to visit, but the portals will close from sunrise until midnight, and the Minotaur will attack any of you on sight, so..."
Somnis pops out of the fountain, taking a deep breath. "Haaaa... Oh. Hey, Lamia."
"Oh? Hello, Somnis. I didn't see you come in."

Dewey nods in agreement with Tai's remark.
"Thank you, we were getting absolutely nowhere with them."
Dewey leaves, turning around once he's on the other side of the portal and waiting for the others.
(I just noticed that since I edited it after Digi's post but it's still after his it makes no sense, so I added some clarification.)

Tai can't help but laugh a bit. It was fun. He'd kinda forgotten about his extra features but they'd worked perfectly.
He looks at Kiran, Dewey, Somnis, Katie, and Fox. "Well, this was some kind of trainwreck, that's for sure. If the nice giant snake woman thinks we should leave then we should probably go."
As he starts walking towards the entrance they came in he turns back to Lamia for a moment. "Thanks for the help. We got our asses handed to us." He then walks through the portal with Dewey and waits for the rest.

Karl pulls himself up. Darting his eyes to Lamia, he internally panics and drops down to the floor. Crawling as quickly as possible to the portal, he mutters to himself.
"Organised snake mafia, huh? Well, snakes are probably just pawns. I see through their lies. They don't have a brain big enough..."
Glancing to the right of him, he sees some crack in the glass that seemingly triggered something deep inside. A door opened inside Karl's mind, and a universal truth came out. Suddenly, Karl discovered information that he felt was transmitted throughout time and space. It was little whisper in his head that said..
"...Ferret..."
Suddenly, the crack in the glass somehow looked like a ferret to Karl. Stumbling backwards, he almost immediately picked himself up. Why, all of this other world stuff has been explained! Running through the portal, Karl belted out a prophecy.
"I KNOW YOUR TRICKS, FERRET MAFIA!"

You head through a portal that appears near the mall's fountain and step into a place that looks similar to the mall, but much larger in every way possible. The fountain on this side is the size of a small pool. The stores lining the walls are named in gibberish, and stacked vertically until they disappear into darkness. They form pathways that stretch until splitting into new paths. Walkways upon walkways are connected by countless flights of stairs.
Mareena takes a few steps forward. "Hm. So this... is the Otherworld. Fascinating." She turns to face you and spreads her arms wide. "Welcome to the Soul Labyrinth."
She flicks her wrist and produces a key seemingly from thin air. She raises it and a bright flash blinds you for a moment. When your vision returns, Mareena is standing there in what first appears to be the exact same outfit. When you look closer, you realize the only difference is a dancer's veil over the bottom half of her face.

Floyd begins clapping as the flash dies down "Your normal outfit is so... unique I guess that it didn't need much adjustment huh... my turn then!" He comments as he withdraws his own key and concentrates

Sam was expecting she guesses something more dramatic with Mareena's transformation.
"Oh that's certainly an interesting transformation," Sam says.
Sam takes out her key and begins to concentrate on it to begin her transformation.

The two of you take out your keys and transform. You find yourselves back in the same forms you had last time you used your keys. It seems that being in a different place doesn't change it at all. In fact, despite looking completely different, this place feels almost identical to the mansion.
Mareena stretches while you transform. "Well, these outfits are a reflection of your inner self, desires, and so on. Some of us are just more open and honest than others, I suppose," she says in a teasing tone. "Now, then. Let's start collecting parts. To do that, we'll need to find some monsters and take them out... We could look for more of those mannequins like you fought the other day. I believe this place also has some sort of bat-like monster, if you'd prefer. Oh! But there's a giant, humanoid minotaur that we need to avoid. I think the minotaur was this place, at least... Labyrinth, minotaur. Yes, that seems right. Anyway. His name is Asterios, the Soul Beast. He will attack any intruders on sight."

"It's why I appear to be almost like that fighter from a game I play,". "Well without the cat ears I am not sure where the cat ears come from,". "Well I do love cats but I don't have a cat,".
"Anyways don't really care what we fight first I guess what ever we come across first,". "Those pieces are as good as ours," Sam says with a fierce determination.
