"Villainous government!?" Ryuusei yells. "We must act at once!"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. You two aren't fixing to do anything crazy, are you?"
"Crazy would be to do nothing..." Celica says.

"Really? Oh, how nice..." Celica says. "You know how to fight, then?"
"Yeah!" Ryuusei says. "I'm the incarnation of an ancient demon, of course I can... one second. System check!" He starts flashing and pulsating. "Yeah, I can fight!"
"Oh... I don't much care for demons..." Celica says. She seems to believe him. "But you're also a robot... so, I suppose I'll trust you. For now. We need to target the governor's mansion in the northeast of town."
"Great! I'll attack from the front."
Celica nods. "Once you have their attention, I'll hit them from the flank. Draw out as many as possible, please. I'll meet you there in 10 minutes."
"I want no part of this," Tony says. He hurries out of the room towards the front of the store.
Celica shrugs walks into the back room.
Ryuusei hops up and starts walking down the street.

You proceed the same direction you saw Ryuusei go. You find him in front of a large mansion in the northwestern corner of town. He's shimmering and stretching.
The mansion has a hedge broken by a large, wrought-iron gate in front of a long driveway. A pair of those goons are standing on either side. The mansion itself looks about what you'd expect a governor to live in. Nice, but not ostentatious.
"Oh? You decided you wanted a front-row seat to observe the might of the demon lord? I don't blame you," Ryuusei boasts. "Stay nearby and my power will protect you. Now, then... The destined hour hath finally arrived! Shall I strike first, or do you yearn for the blood yourself?"

"I don't know about 'yearning for blood' and all that, but I think I've got this. Not sure I'm comfortable stabbing them without even giving them a chance to fight back though, so drawing their attention will have to do for starters."
Chuck a rock at one of the goons, then summon the Rainbow Sword (and float a few inches off the ground for added intimidation) while Peri draws her pistol.
"We've got some choice words for the guy in charge here. You might want to step aside, this isn't a fight you can win. Alternatively you can stay there and fight, if this world is anything like the last four I could use a nice warm-up."
If they take out guns and start shooting deflect the bullets back at their gun arms using the Rainbow Sword, warping in front of the target if necessary. If they draw any other kind of weaponry Peri will bind their arms with an Arm Snipe. If they take out a radio, Peri shoots the radio.

You plonk a rock off one of the guards' heads. He turns and yells at you, until you draw a sword. He reaches into his suit and pulls out a rod. Peri shoots him in the arm. The other pulls out a radio, which Peri also shoots.
You taunt them. They start running at you.
"Huh? Why'd you shoot the radio?" Ryuusei asks. "We're trying to cause a scene, remember? Like this."
He holds his hand out and the air in front of him starts shimmering. His palm starts glowing.
The guards continue to advance on you. Menacingly.
Awkward
You step out of the portal and into a large grocery store. You notice that most of the people here are humans, but a handful of aliens of various races are tooling around. One of the displays prominently features a giant watermelon.
A blonde-haired woman in a sea-green gown with a small wand is walking around. A small star-looking alien is hovering close behind her.

"My apologies," Peri replies, "I suppose old habits are difficult to break. In the Labyrinth letting your foes call for help is the last thing any explorer would think to do."
Peri leg snipes one of the guards, and when the other one gets close I'll bash him with the pommel of the Rainbow Sword. Might as well wait for more to show up before doing anything lethal.

Peri shoots one of the guards in the kneecaps. He starts screaming about how she SHOT HIM in the KNEECAP. You bash the other one in the face. He grunts and staggers back.
"Face the burning light of justice! Reflector... BEEEEAAAAM!"
Several mirror-like panels appear in the air. Ryuusei's hand glows brightly. A beam of white light fires out. He sweeps and slices it across the mansion. And one of the guards. Fire erupts from wherever it hits. The guard you bashed runs off, screaming. The other stares. Horrified.
The air around you feels uncomfortably warm. Ryuusei shakes his hand. "Ow, ow, ow. Hot. Guess I overdid it."
You can hear a lot of commotion from inside.

You shove the guard aside and run towards the mansion. The heavy metal gate still bars your way. A shimmering barrier appears around the outskirts of the mansion with a loud whirring noise.
Two dozen guards come running out of the mansion. Most take out guns and take up defensive positions near the edge of the force fields. A few carrying extinguishers start shooting them at the flames.

"Oh this place? It's a planet called Roscat. I don't really know much about it. I'd never heard of it until I woke up here," the woman explains. "I'm Rosalina, and this is Prince Luma."
