"I'm telling you, I'm a faunus..." the fish-girl says.
"I'm a Deep One," the guy says.
"And that's why there's no room for diplomacy. Your kind is a blight that must be exterminated." White hat holds up a finger.
"Just try it..." the Deep One in the heavy armor says. He hefts his blade. It starts making a whirring noise.
"Can I go, at least?" fish-lady says.
The other white-dress, the one with no-hat, hasn't really been speaking.

Cast Meteor on her (Rock projectile falls on her and spreads a bit of fire), while being wary to dodge.

You throw some rocks at her. She looks up and redirects the water bomb she had prepared for you at the meteor. The two explode in mid-air. She looks at you. Furious. The Deep One knight shoots a burst of flame from his sword, and she drops under the water. You can vaguely see her doing something on the sea floor. You... have a very bad feeling about this. You notice that the other water mage and the faunus-fish-girl have left. And signs point to the invisible vampire? having left, too.
Wait, vampire? It's a sunny day on the beach... Does invisibility protect her from that? Or is she actually not a vampire?
...Not the time to think about it.

Malefio: "Hey? Paprika? Want to unleash your anger?"
Paprika: "For sure."
Malefio: "How about you demonstrate what lava does to water?"
Paprika: "Don't know what you want, but here I go..."
Paprika will spit a glob of molten lava next to the enemy to burn her with steam and potentially blind her. Malefio will casually use the lightning spell again, shooting it at the water since she's in it.

She easily avoids the blob of lava and stays away from the bubbling, steamy area. She swims better than a fish...
You're pretty sure the lightning hit her, but she's deep enough and her magical ward is tough enough that the electricity dissipates to the point she doesn't really seem to care.
She summons a giant fly-like creature above the water's surface. It has a large rod with a skull on it, a loincloth, a bunch of skulls decorating its clothes... Then she goes back to work on her rune.

Malefio turns to the Deep One.
"So... Have you heard about any portal?"

There's supposed to be some kind of portal on both sections of this area. The rocky section and the sandy section. I'm not seeing anything though...
