You go your separate ways, you looking for trouble. You think about the outside of the building, then the inside... And you soon manage to find a door that should go up towards a bell tower. Of course the door is closed and says 'No Entry.' Because of course it does.

You look around for someone who might be able to open the door.
You notice a nun nearby, right near the door to the room you're in. You're pretty sure she wasn't here not long before... But maybe she can help. She gives you a warm smile with her eyes closed and her hands folded in prayer. She's wearing a very traditional, modest outfit with a cross necklace. A few tufts of blonde hair poke out from under her cowl. You notice her hat has a half-wheel-esque design with 5 spokes.
"Hello. Are you looking for the confessional? The Trinity accept all who repent, tainted child."

Kai smiles politely, putting a hand on the sister's shoulder. "No... But I am looking to repent. I believe I need somewhere high up and open to do so. Do you know where that could be? Would you want to show me perhaps?" Kai pours enough in that it's nto entirely noticeable, but it's strong enough to weigh on the woman.

The woman gives you a gentle smile. "Why, I know just the place..."
She walks over to the door, produces a key, and clicks it open.
Inside is a spiral staircase that winds up to the belfry... or down into darkness. A distant light flickers far below.

You start descending down the stairs. You hear something from down below. Something rhythmic. Pounding. Oppressive. The glow begins to brighten as you grow lower and you become aware of a greenish chamber.
Tai
You arrive at the church. It's more crowded than you expected, and you're also surprised to see that it's actually divided into several smaller shrines and altars. The witch flies over and drops down to land near one of the entrances. "People come here to worship just about every deity in existence. I don't suppose you know which shrine they might have made for, do you?"

You arrive in time to see a witch (in the most generic witch outfit you've ever seen, other than its red color) and a young man landing in front of a building which you realize is built to house several smaller shrines to various gods. There's quite a bit of traffic going in and out.
