Question about the starter of my choice from the goodie bag, is it only in its base evolution or can I choose for it to be fully evolved?

Meh, I’ll go with Popplio anyways. It doesn’t have nearly as much Defense and Sp. Defense as it will once it fully evolves (particularly Sp. Defense, Primarina’s defense is only alright) and it can’t learn Dazzling Gleam yet so I’ll need to get a TM later, but it can still do a good enough job at acting as a semi bulky attacker with Aqua Ring for self-sustain, Scald for damage and burning (particularly the attack debuff, although the damage over time is nice), Icy Wind to damage while rebuffing speed (although i might look into getting Ice Beam later) and Disarming Voice to fill the gap until I can get a TM for Dazzling Gleam.

I didn’t want a fire starter because I felt like that wouldn’t be a good fit for someone who’s weak to fire, and after deciding I wanted something bulky my choices were mainly either Chikorita or Bulbasaur with builds focused on tanking or Popplio as a hybrid, which sounded more interesting. I’m trying to decide if I want this to be the same Cadence from PMD or not, although I’m kind of leaning towards not since even if I did get Cinder as a later sphere character I wouldn’t be able to use them together anyways.

If you guys want to write your own Archives then you can if you want me to write up the summaries that's fine. It's also up to you guys how often you want to do the archives also just let me know if you guys want me to do them or if you want to handel them.

I could write my own, although it’s probably going to be a separate topic from my database for the sake of keeping my database tidy.
