Cia continued to lay on her bed. Eyes closed. Except for the gentle rise and fall of her chest as she breathed, she didn't stir. Well okay, somebody draped a blanket over her, but otherwise, nothing had changed since Queen Glinda visited.


....But that's boring, so let's see what's going inside her head.

Dream World

Cia had no idea where she was, and yet she found she did not care.

It was a world unlike anything she had ever seen. Lush, green landscape as far as the eye can see, filled with clean rivers, pale white flowers, shining lakes, trees of crystal leaves, and almost no sign of human or animal life. Overhead, water spilled down from gravity-defying landmasses, creating giant, roaring waterfalls in the otherwise peaceful ambiance.

Cia approached one of those waterfalls now, the slightly damp grass tickling her bare feet with every step. Her clothes were different from what she her ritual garb in the real world. She wore a small black scarf around her chest, wrapped around her back and clicking together at her front by a small golden ring between her breasts, with tiny silver bells hanging from its lower trimming, and a short chiffon skirt of similar make, the left side left open to bare her entire left leg, save for the thread tied around her hip. The fabric's semi-transparency and the way it flowed in response to the slightest gust of wind made it so that it wouldn't take an eagle-eyed observer to see the floral black g-string she wore underneath. Golden bangles around her wrists and ankles completed the look. Where did such a look come from, and why did Cia look so comfortable in it? Her little secret.

Now besides the lake the waterfall created, Cia reached her foot out and tested the water. It felt like a pleasant chill, but more unusual was that she found she could stand on the water. Not thinking much of it (as is usually the case in a dream), she smiled as she brought her other foot forward and carefully walked to the center of the lake. Keeping her feet together, a lovely, catchy tune began to play in her head. She bobbed her feet up and down and eventually swung her hips from side to side to the tune of the tempo, before suddenly stepping forward to begin a lovely, improvised dance. The water splashed with every step and jump, her hips circling hypnotically as her skirt occasionally flared up, with her chest swaying and bouncing with particularly sudden motions.

An unclear amount of time later, Cia finally slowed to a stop. Taking a satisfied breath, Cia skipped over to a nearby try and sat down, closing her eyes and leaning her back against the bark to rest.

"That was lovely, Cia!"

Cia jolted in surprise at the unexpected voice. Looking over to her right, she suddenly saw Glinda reclining next to her. She looked uncharacteristically calm and happy as she smiled at him.

"G-Glinda?!" Cia exclaimed as she stood back up. "What are you doing here?" It did not occur to Cia that she didn't even know what "here" was in the first place. Then she finally noticed what her best friend was wearing. Something that should be familiar to regular watchers to the show. "W-Why are you wearing such a... scandalous outfit?!"

"You tell me. It is your dream, is it not?"

"D-Dream?" Cia echoed. "I'm dreaming all of this?"

"Well... Sort of," Glinda replied, pulling herself up. She wiped off some stray pieces of soil from the back panel of her violet loincloth. "Where is Lana, I believe she should have--"

"CIIIIIAAAAAA!"

Cia jumped in surprise as Lana shouted out from behind her. Cia spun around, and whatever she had to say about her sudden appearance were instantly forgotten as she looked over Lana's outfit. She wore a light teal tubetop over her chest, with a veil draped across her back. A generous degree of pearls and jewelry were woven into her braided silver hair, and a veil over her mouth projecting an area of mystique. She wore puffy, transparent harem pants, with dancer cymbals hanging from her hips. If it were anyone else wearing these clothes, Cia would be fawning over how stylish it is. Seeing the lady she valued like her own family wearing it, however, was too jarring for her, especially as Lana swayed her hips as she walked over in an attempt to look sexy, with mixed results.

Worse was her speaking patterns.

"WAZZAP BITCHEZZZZ!" the crown princess declared. "Princess Lana in da HOUUUUUUZE!" Lana brought her palms to her cheeks. "GASP!" Lana dashed forward, leaning down to take a close look at Cia's clothes! "Like, oh-em-gee! That outfit is just 2sexy4me! Infact, Imma go and call it 3sexy5me! Get it?" Lana reached down to hold Cia's skirt, admiring the fabric. "'Course you do! You're like, super duper smart and junk!"

"L-L-Lana?" Cia stammered. "Why are you speaking like that?"

"Different writer!" Lana replied, as if she expected Cia to know exactly what that means. "Oooooooh~! You're looking Great with a capitol 8 too, mom! No wonder dad fell for you!"

Glinda blushed and fidgeted bashfully. "W-Well, thank you. He really did like it very much."

"Enough!" Cia shouted. "What is going on here?! There is no way I would ever dream of--"

"Oh right!" Lana reached into her top and pulled an envelope out of her cleavage. "Mail for you!"

Cia took the envelope holding an unfamiliar seal and read the letter inside.

Congratulations, Cia!

Glinda and Lana giggled. Cia looked up in time for Lana to suddenly charge her with a hug, while Glinda wrapped her arms around Cia's slim waist and pulled. Cia yelped as she fell backward into a black whole that suddenly materialized. Once the mailbag guest and the two figments of her hijacked imagination were gone, a redhead announcer skipped onscreen, dancing with her cane a bit before pointing towards thin air.

"Send in those questions and dream scenarios before Wednesday, 3/18!"

The camera then pulled back, revealing that the events of the dream were being broadcast from a giant crystal ball, place in the middle of a spherical stage as the audience cheered from their cozy studio in the real world.
