Mr. Fuzz and company are standing at the base of the tower (I'm assuming it's a tower based on the description of floors).

Fighters stealing abilities from others, a human trying to learn how to fight and Virus was nowhere to be found in the coding...
Something had to be done and the current mechanics were a bit hard for me to update...
Therefore I had to simplify things, so I made Arcade Mode. You have 100 floors to go through. Each floor has multiple opponents. Defeat each opponent on a floor to move to the next one.
Think a bit like Super Smash Bros' Classic Mode."

For this floor I'll enter four fighters: myself, Yew, Shiva, and Bandanna Dee. Goombas should be weak enough that even I can take them with my low level abilities, thus earning me valuable job levels for Fencer.

M: "Oh hum, this is solo mode. You can only pick one fighter per floor.
To use multiple fighters on a single floor, you'll have to go in co-op.
You can make parties of up to 5 fighters over there and if you're the only player to sign-up for the floor, these 5 party members can all be controlled by you."

I'll still head in, I'll just do so alone. Maybe borrow a few Potions from Yew if those can be counted as gear, I might want some healing just in case since my options are attack and use Blazing Wolf to boost my attack strength.

Huh, I would have expected someone like Goombario to be the boss. Perform a relatively basic sword strike.

You attack Goombario, then he headbonks you as you ask your question and it hurts... A lot. He bounces off your head, as he stops flashing.
Goombario: "Well, yes, but all my equipment is gone... Paul, Ratatta and Bandana Dee are also gone..."
He hits your head again, causing less damage, then he falls since he was concentrated on talking.
"HEY! Stop distracting me! You messed up my Multibonk!"

Wait for him to perform another headbonk, then when he's in the air point my sword upwards. If he lands on it that should damage him like if he tried to attack a spiky enemy.

Goombario tries to headbonk you again. Seems like it's the only thing he can do...
He lands on your sword, as a big red star with a 1 on it appear. Goombario falls on his back and there's a huge red X on him. He seems to be trying to het back up.
